Need Help

Hi, I want to allow guests to be able to read the threads, but I can not figure out how to. The settings are the same as with my other forums that allow guests, but it still won't work for web-life. Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

This has to be one for our resident problem solver, Robyn, (friendly) to sort out, if it can be. 
Unless anyone else knows the answer that is.
