Hi David, Unfortunately we no longer accept Picpay as there is simply too much Picpay on the market at this time. There are about 60 offices in the WTC's commercial area, and another 200+ in the main tower. We never met the Picpay people, nor were we aware that they had an office in the area. We thought they were based in Malaysia, which is where their phone numbers are and also where their HSBC branch was located (but they no longer use HSBC).
