Reports Of Police Investigations Into Intellekt-Kapital

Whether it`s true or not I don`t know, but there are reports of the German police investigating the program Intellekt-Kapital as a scam.
Apparently they have got away with a lot of money, with various accusations against the Admin. 
One such accusation is of identity fraud.
