Hello Everyone,

My answer to Andorra's PM, is the best answer that I currently have to the many questions you are asking in forums, PM's, trouble tickets, and LIVE Support. Please know that I will provide additional information as it funnels down to me. I have Andorra's permission to post this, and it will save me time from answering so very many individual PM's

Hello Andorra,

I do understand the anxiety that everyone is experiencing, because I am
invested in GN3 and GN4 myself.

Currently, I do not have the answers to those questions. I have to wait
for upper level management to give me the information. You can be
certain that I will post in the public forums as soon as I have that
information.

I have been reading the forums that I'm paid for, and a couple others,
to keep up on how clients are feeling. I've been answering as far as my
ability will allow. Radu, Catrina, and I are doing the best we can, but
we do not have the answers that clients want and need.

Radu and his team can only give answers to technical questions, and
repair programming issues. Catrina and I can only give answers to
"General Questions", and point clients in the right direction within
their accounts. We have not yet been trained to work with deposits, or
withdrawls, or any of the current issues.

Many have asked me if GN is gone. Currently I do not believe that is
the case. I will not speculate, because there is too much of that going
on. If February 15th rolls around, and I do not receive my salary or am
asked to return the equipment that I received to do my job, then I may
have to reevaluate my thinking.

Andorra, I apologize that I do not have better answers for you.

It can`t be easy for you either, Bree, being in the middle, as it were. Hopefully for those who are members of GN any problems will soon be resolved and confidence restored.
