Hi All,
I joined this one a while ago. It's a one off $3 payment. All I can personally tell you is that there have been a few teething problems with software etc, but that the admin have stuck it out and worked hard to get everything up and running and seem trustworthy. I was recommended this through another private group I belong to.

Who are We?
The owners of Success Team International comprises of three resident Australians;
Neal Jeffrey
Boyd Lancashire
Bryan Hedges
Each of us has their own individual skills to bring to STI. Neal handles web pages and the more technical side of things. Boyd handles the administration. Bryan handles the marketing and assists with customer support.
Why Are We Different?
Right now, check any safe list mail and you will see thousands of opportunities offering you untold wealth for little or no work. After spending many years on the net searching for the ideal business and losing thousands of dollars we have developed a strategy to help everyone.
Like most good ideas the principle is simple:
find a problem
provide a workable solution.
The problems we found were:
That thousands of people wanted their own on-line business but were being ripped off at an alarming rate.
That the costs of getting started were too high for most people.
That low cost programs paid low or no returns.
That most people did not want to make sales, or were afraid to make sales.
That most people did not have a clue about how to run their own business. (95% fail in the first year).
That many people just jumped from one program to the next in the hopes of hitting the right one.
That the managers and owners did not provide real answers and support.
What have we done to change all this?
Over a period of almost two years we developed an international team of like-minded, everyday, down to earth people who wanted to succeed and help others to succeed also. We are not high flying gurus with all the answers. We don’t have all the flash and glamour or a large corporation we are a team of hard working individuals who want to make a positive difference in our own lives and the lives of those we come into contact with.
Between us we have a wide range of skills to help any member who is willing to join, work with us, and stay with us for at least twelve to eighteen months.
With any successful business it will take a period of time to become established and gain a reputation for being an honest, open business that is here for the long haul. Everyone needs to give themselves, and our system the opportunity to develop a secure, long lasting, home-based business with a residual income.
With the combination of our compensation Plan linked with our inclusion in an international Consortium of other programs, and like-minded groups we believe you are never going to find a better opportunity than Success Team International.
Our plan is based on "People Helping People" and team effort.
We want the last person to join to be able to be as successful as the first person joining.

Stages One & Two “The FOUNDATIONS”
If you build a firm foundation then your business will stand the test of time and will grow. STI is a network marketing business and this means that for you to be successful you need a team of members working with you. However we are also a co-operative joint venture, this means we are willing to work with you and help you build. As we help you, we also expect that in the future you will help others.
The "Foundation Club". Is designed to help you get started. And build the first one and then a second 3x2 matrix. It is designed to give you your first small profit share cash flow and then allow you to leverage to higher incomes. It also puts you in a position to receive help from your up line and other STI members as they complete their stages, then the re-entries will be placed in the highest available position. This means that if you are struggling to build then members above you can go below you to help you.
Stages Three and Four “The BUILDING”
Once your foundation is in place, you can then begin the real building phase of your business with the "Builders Club"
Again this is made up of a further two 3x2 matrixes. Each capable of producing a higher profit share than the previous.
Each matrix is automatically funded as a profit share from the previous. There is never any additional funds to pay or units to purchase unless you choose to do so. Remember this is your business, as such, you do have choices.
With the builders club we introduce the concept of leverage. Firstly by entering you into larger paying matrixes to increase your profit share, and then also funding other program entries, so that you team can follow you and help you build. And thirdly by increasing the number of re-entries which also compensate as a form of monthly renewals Allowing you continued access to our products and services.
Step Five “The EXTENTIONS”
Every business needs to expand and to diversify to show increased profits.
Your business is no different.
You have now built a sound business foundation
You have a solid business in place
And now, you are ready to extend your business.
We have made this easy for you because we do it all automatically as part of the compensation plan of the Builders Club. You will notice we have paid positions into a range of different companies and opportunities as part of your compensation. In stages Two & Three they are like-minded companies where-by many of their members are also working with our members.
In a nut shell, what this means is that as you work to build your business you also have other companies and programs also working to support you. This is real"TEAM WORK" And that is what makes us so different.

This one is starting to roll more quickly.
Also, if you join Readem and Reap (in the Referall Advertiser) section you can buy positions through there for $2.50 instead of $3.
