Hi have any of you dealt with Gold.Ex in the last few days?
My egold outexchange (bank transfer) order of 26th has yet to be fulfilled. My 2 emails have not been answered too. Any views on this?

All ok..Transaction completed on the 30th.

Glad to see that the issue`s now been dealt with jojo.

Such a pity that many of the Internet companies don`t provide very good customer service though by responding efficiently to emails.

this sucks!!! ive got $1100 i need to use to purcahse some portal 2 positions but the idiots who were suppose to do my exchange 2 days ago now tell me they have no gold to fullfill my order!!! give me a break. they knew this when i placed the order, didnt say anything and waisted my time. DON'T USE GOLDEX to do exchanges.....they are just taking your funds and holding onto it instead of just telling customers up front "hey, we cant honor any egold purchases because we have no gold". how hard is that.

Wonder if there is any cash or e-gold in the "third" pocket, Paybygold???
