It comes down to a question of time pretty much, salty. I think there`s still an interest in what`s happening with recently failed programs, which at some time have, after all, paid to have their folders in the forum.
Once everything that can be said about a program has been said, with no likelihood whatsoever of ever paying out again, then that`s probably the right time to move the folders over.
And of course we have to bear in mind that in the case of some programs their site may still be up, and accepting payments. In that case it`s useful to show these programs to serve as a warning to others not to spend.
