Question Re DX Gold Sites

Cashkist, Shiisha, exchangegold. All 3 programs have suddenly closed down, and as far as I`m aware all are DX Gold related.

I just wondered what, if any, impact this will have on other DX gold sites such as those listed here in this folder? Hopefully they won`t be affected, but as a lot of people will be uncertain over matters as they stand, some clarification would be appreciated.

Other than an influx of new investors, Moorish Treasury will be unaffected by the closures of Cashkist and ShiisaCash.

Thanks for your response, Doro.

Are those 3 programs owned by the same Admin do you know? Also, if these other programs have suddenly had to close, why can members have confidence that yours will continue if you are all DX based?

It seems such a pity that they have all closed within a very short time of opening, when by all accounts they had a very good reputation, and are now in the process, if it`s not already happened, of full refunds taking place.

In other words, what`s the common denominator with these programs, apart from the fact they are all DX based?

From what Shiisa's admin has 'hinted' .. appears to be some legalities involved. But she did not comment any further .

No I do not believe they are run by the same person. But I can vouch for Jan, she's great.

I'd like to help put the speculation to rest here. The three programs have separate admins, all trustworthy, IMNSHO. The common denominator is that they all know each other and I am in a private forum with all three.

Number one program, totally private, mind you, and not discussed on any forums, was approached by government goons who strong-armed the admin. Program number two was mentioned, and naturally shut down of admin's own accord. Program number three followed suit, for obvious reasons.

The mystery is how the totally private program came to the attention of the ABC boys in their home country. As most of us know, programs must stay under the radar in their own country of residence.

But to their knowledge, this has nothing to do with the DX Gold system itself.

I hope this helps settle the issue.

Regards,
Terri

Very good questions indeed....

Maybe someone in the private program snitched? Although if they were getting paid, how would they benefit from the program shutting down due to being investigated?

Geoff,

The web hosting for moorishtreasury.com is in Panama, which is an offshore jurisdiction relative to where I'm currently located.

ShiiaCash and Cashkist had the same host. When the admins found out from the web host that the names of their programs had been mentioned in a line of questioning regarding another program that had been shut down by UK's version of the US SEC, that is when they both made the decision to shut down their programs.

It was an act of preventative maintenance on their part.

The possibility of investigators attempting to intimidate people into giving up information was one of the reasons why moorishtreasury.com wasn't hosted with one of my business partners, who runs a web hosting service, as we both live in the same city.

The Moorish Treasury could, if necessary, continue to function without a website at all.
