It surprises me that so many people who join programs offering totally unrealistic interest rates are surprised themselves when the program disappears.

Take the example below, which is a fairly typical example which is taken from one of the latest programs to collapse after around 4 weeks of being open.

Analyse the figures, and it should be clear to anyone that these rates that are being offered have no chance of being paid long term.

From 2.4% daily (the minimum) right on up to 16%. Think about it. The minimum rate would give a return including principal of 876% over one year. That`s still a true simple interest rate of over 2% per day.

Now, for those with $5,000 or more to invest, then the rate shoots up to 16% per day for 30 days. So, assuming principal included in that figure, that means that they would pay you $800 per day for 30 days which equals $24,000. It`s that easy. Give them $5,000, get back $24,000 over a month, and pocket a nice $19,000 profit. Someone must believe in Santa Claus to think that this is really going to happen. But, some people really do put such high amounts in to these programs, accepting all the hype that`s thrown at them by the Admins of these ponzis.
