Hi guys,
I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeff Wakefield. I am an online 'investor' like most of you. Won some, lost some. I came across this company and have done all the DD. This is long term-not get rich quick. When I first found it, I called the number listed on the website and guess what? IT WORKED! I spoke with Jake and have corresponded with him through email as well. I live in Florida which is where they are located. I will be visiting this summer. You won't get huge gains with this like some of the hyip returns but I believe if you stick with it, you will eventually do very well. They are offering an opportunity to invest in Real Estate for only $50.00- I live in S. Florida and kick myself everyday for not investing here just two years ago where a lot sold for $15k is now worth $70k. It is unreal. These guys are in the business, so they know if they can make money on a deal or not. I also checked on their incorporation and they are in good standing-they just started this back in December and became an internet presence in February. I am a manager now of my own group. Our group name is 'PROFITS'. I love the fact that you can send a check. I asked Jake how long he would do this especially since he lists his number and he will probably get flooded with calls and he said that at some point he will have enough people involved that they wont take any new members. Those in can continue to spend and also that he will explain how you can do this on your own as well sometime down the road. He also welcomes anyone to meet with him if they are passing through or live in the area. I ran some figures and my guess is (not very educated) that if you put $50 in, you will probably get between $80 and $100 out ($30 to $50 in profit) within three months. Not great based on what some can make on the net, but more secure for sure. And remember if you take that profit and put it back then it will continue to grow. Obviously, the more you put in, the more you get out in profit. Keep in mind please, I completely guessed based on personal figuring. Of course, your returns could be 30-60 days or could even be longer. The most important point is that this is REAL-you don't have to worry about them disappearing. I speak to Jake once or twice a week and we correspond by email as well. My comfort level has gone from skeptical we'll see to group manager and no worries. Sorry to be so long, but I have posted a few updates below.

HERE IS THE LATEST UPDATE 3/16/05:
At any given time we have at least ten prospects under review. A few days ago we announced an intent to bid on some waterfront near Pensacola. We are still under negotiation for that contract. The seller is slow to respond and is not moving far off the asking price. Our trend is to not spend too much time negotiating. Eventually we move on to the next property on our list.
We are looking at a large plot to be subdivided into up to 8 units for a return of 180%.
We are looking at two condos, both listed well under market value.
We are looking at a group of three individual waterfront plots (side by side) in an area under tremendous growth

We work on raw land deals every day. We purchase whatever plot it is we are working on at the moment regardless of how many members contribute. We are offering an opportunity for others to become part of our purchases. We don't require that your funds sit in our account for weeks before a purchase is made. Our $50 minimum was set because anything lower isn't going to make any real money for you for quite a long time, and because $50 would allow skeptics to try our site before deciding on a more suitable amount to contribute.

Hello all, Just wanted to give you all an update. Our first purchase was announced on April 1st. Within two days, we had collected enough cash to complete the deal. We purchased two lots in Port charlotte, Florida. We expect to make a return of best case (100% in 3 months-33% a month) Worst case (20%-6.7% a month)-This is real folks. It will soon go to private invitation only. Join my group-PROFITS- I am the group manager and will keep you updated as we go. A potential HUGE deal will be announced shortly that will produce some incredible results. We may be developing 20 acres in Southern California. 20-40 homes depending on regulations.
