Looking at the forum, http://www.my-crosoft.com/community/ many members of Goldstock seem very pleased that Fred is taking over the Admin of Goldstock now that it`s come to light what a mess it`s in.

Just a question to Tatijano members, as I`m not a member of it, do you think that it will cause Fred`s own program to suffer at all during this period?

In other words, is Tatijano a `hands on` program, with Fred needed at the helm, or do you think Fred will be able to spend time away on trying to resolve the Goldstock issues? Does he have an able deputy to step in I wonder?

It`s sad that it came to this, but I think that Fred has his good name and reputation to consider, and it`s the mark of the man that he naturally wants to keep those intact and do what he can to protect Goldstock`s members` funds.

I requested a withdrawal on the 13th and received an email to reply that I understood Fred's rule about the 50% reinvestment requirement which I replied to and got the payment on th 15th and put half back.

I think that Fred is consumed with Goldstock's problems and he has gotten behind on payouts. This has many members frustrated, but not concerned that it is a Scam. Fred has SO many projects going, but seems to manage it all pretty well. I just hope that someone else knows every pie he has a finger in, and every contact he has. I would hate for something to happen to him; he is in a fairly 'wild place'.

Well, I think you might say at least *some* of it's based on being overly cautious. LOL It certainly pays to be overly cautious in this hyip arena, but then again it doesn't "pay" to be overly skeptical when there are a few good, honest opportunities run by honest admins who really are TRYING to do the "right thing" in internet money-making.

(As an example, I, myself, got "schizzed out" by Steady Growth Traders, now Efex, "going private," and I lost out on something really good! How's that going since Tom's untimely death, by the way? Off topic. I know.)

If you look through the Oomao web site, a lot of the available there are the ability to place funds in currently existing opportunities that they have. The way I see it, they're providing an opportunity to invest in them at different dollar increments than the particular "main" opportunity. For example, the Pure Water site requires a $50 minimum spend. With Oomao, after the initial $15 stock spend, one can invest in Pure Water in increments of $8.

By the way, the English has always been a problem. But the man has good ideas and I think his heart is in the right place. So for me, I like Fred. Haven't had much interaction with Charly, but I'm willing to believe that even though Fred picked a "loser" with Kevin, that Charly is on the side of the "winners."

I think he's one of the "good guys" in internet "opps." It's the way I feel about Herb from AstraSystems and the admins and traders of FXVision and, from what I hear, the way members of Efex feel as well.

It's like they're trying to build off one another's "Credibilty". The probably aren't happy with the spends they've gotten and want to get more $ to... invest or spend, time will tell

I LIKE Tatijano very much! From all I have learned (and from a small bit of "insider information") I'm sure Fred will be able to hold things on an even course.

His friend/partner/sister program run by Charly - My-crosoft - also looks very good.

However ... for me ... the best of the best in this stable is the "exclusive" program also run by Charly - Level 3

Up until the end of April, one could get into this with a $50 fee. Then, the split-second you logged into your members area, there was a cool $100 bonus waiting for you! You had to invest that into the "Kenya School" program before investing into anything else. Fair enough! Who am I to argue with someone who has just turned my 50 into 100 ... in 3 seconds flat!

That "school" program pays a fixed 9% interest per month. One has various compounding options - I set mine to 100%.

BUT ... the "star" program on Level 3 (once you've invested into the School program) is the 70% per month plan. Again, one can set this to various compounding levels, or take your interest every month.

Posted on the site, however, is that from this month (May) that special $50 to get in and immediately receive a $100 bonus for investment ... stops! According to the site, the only way to get in now is with a min. $1000 investment.

As many of you here on this forum have been in HYIP's for quite a long time, most of you should have made (and are making) more than enough money to afford that.

Tatijano has posted at the site that weekend and holiday withdrawals are not to be requested. Do it and you lose it to one of the charities Tatijano and My-crosoft sponsor. Charly's school sounds like a very worthy project that needs anything you can ship to them.
A picpay bonus has appeared in accounts but no word on how to handle it has been posted.

I redeposited my Picpay bonus with a comment to Fred that I don't have a PP account. It was credited to the plan I selected. At the same time I also made an egold w/d and that was paid with a comment to reinvest 50%.
I believe you can also w/d the PP, and of course the same 50% reinvestment rule applies. I think Charly and Fred are very generous with the bonuses!

I think "playing off" one another's credibility is par for the course in life in general, and certainly in hyips.

Fred and Charly have has an ongoing association. Their credibility certainly wasn't enhanced by Kevin, but I think they're trying to do the right thing with the investors. To me, that builds credibility.

No doubt they're trying to bring in more investment money. At $8 (or is it $8.10?) you can buy into the pure water project, less than on the pure water site. But the pure water project is a laudable goal to me.

The hotel project is definitely a leap. Haven't seen much about that one.

All the my-crosoft/tatijano/oomao family was off-line for a while due to a server crash.
Any one who pre-ordered the debit card needs to submit the batch number to Fred. There is a link in the forum for the new support system.

Everything seems to be back up, even HYIP - Invest, but I noticed that "earnings' on Tatijano-U are not up to date. Also the forum is up, though I can't login, messages can be reviewed.
Fred had started up a program call SSLgold as well, and now there is a new 'admin', although she reported in her "news" that this program is still part of Tatijano group. Wow!-
min spend is $250.

Though they have good paying history, but before you spend larger funds, just think of the following:

- all the management could EXAUST them all for so many similiar "progs", its IMPOSSIBLE for them to have time to "invest" for you.
- there are so many play factors in them: the change of rules at wish, the addition of progs and picpay etc
- the long waiting could improve their English greatly!

Pretty astute observation there, Salty. I've wondered as well about how they can keep offering new programs, new plans, new projects, and yet they put restrictions on payouts because they don't have "time."

I've gone "with the flow" about how these are real businesses, but I've yet to see any updates, any real evidence that there is real "earth type" business doing on.

Could be server, could be ddos attacks going around, could be a combination of both. I am very disappointed in the lack of communications as "could be's" happen. I believe that Fred and Charly are honest admins, but technically limited by location and perhaps know-how to bring the server up.
Perhaps it is because they are relying on the fact that they are "honest" to not waste time on feeble communications with investors and just get a fix on the situation... another 'could be'.
Well I can tell you, any communication as to status right now would NOT be lost on me.

The trouble is that over the years there has been a number of `honest` Admins, and as time goes on I`m becoming more skeptical of their existence.

The DDoS reason/excuse can only last for so long, so surely it can`t be much longer before we start to see things much clearer.

The latest update is that the sites should start returning on the 10th and all sites in he group should be online by the 15th.
Due to he damage caused by the hacker it may be necessary to validate all deposits with batch numbers.
Fred and Charlie have been said to have been in phone contact with a few people and others have said hey got emailes from Juliet.

Having said that anyone who writes this about PIPS under the current circumstances has to have their judgment questioned I reckon.

It seems that they want people to make a new deposit to prove who they are.
To me this seems like a form of extortion. Give us more money to get back what you have already given us. No way.

This is going to be a very slow process since they have to check all deposits against batch numbers to reconstruct the data base. Some deposits in tatijano.com went to 1401669 while others went to 1391510 so it might be a good idea to reference the account the batch goes with.

There has been no mention of the ookash card. I assume they will deal with that when they get to the oomaotraders information although some paid ahead in the tatijano.com site. If you have the information it may help to also include which plan you deposited to (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly variable, tsunami relief water treatment, communications, or debit card).

Oomaotraders seems to have used only 1401669 and also had various plans after the entry share.

It would be good to have the egold account #s for each of the programs to search for payment info. I have requested this Fred, but probably low on the list.
I re-entered Oomaotraders and bought one share yesterday @ 4.99. Commissions paid on Friday (today) and I received $1.04. I believe that calculates to roughly 20% for one day.

Can't complain about that!
Apparently these shares pay 10%, but the time frame is uncertain, or at least I did not see it.
The 50% REINVEST RULE DOES STILL APPLY!!!

From what I've read, you should try to sign up again under your sponsor, if you don't know who that was, then you will be assigned one at random.

I don't know where all this is going to end up and I am very concerned that the backup data was 'trashed' in the fiasco. I suppose some techies can explain, but IMO, that makes this attack a bigger mess. Maybe that was the plan by the perpetrators. Dang nasty.

I understood from Keva that they have a good idea who did this and that the perp was an investor with the programs which maybe how they got to the data base. I believe that Sync also indicated that their data base was compromised and had to be audited. Some other programs have had their sites invaded and the egold deposits redirected to a hacker's account.

I`m not sure how accurate this information is but some members are reporting being able at one stage to get into the older Tatijano sites including My-Crosoft according to what`s been posted.

If that is the case it`ll save those members a lot of work in digging out all the required information about their memberships with these programs which had to be forwarded on to Oomao. Hopefully it will also mean investors funds won`t have been lost.

Now, Fred and Charly are having troubled getting the message through to

far as I know the hacker who has had the gall to send the following

The Oomoa Trader site is still up and apparently out of Fred's hands.
PLEASE DO NOT make any spends there until advised it is safe to do so.

Charly also advises that oomoatrader.com was NOT on the new safe
server. My-Crosoft IS on the other hand and it is perfectly safe to make new
deposits to that program.

All the old sites will come up on the NEW server and I expect
oomaotrader.com will now be moved as well. Hopefully the hosts will be
co-operative!

I don't think he'll see the money!

Charly also advised that the reason oomaotrader went on to the old
server was that the new one wasn't ready in time. He also reports that all
then other sites are progressing and will be up soon.

Seems to be some confusion over what programs were placed on the new server v. old server and in any event, the old "gold code" was still in use and obviously, targeted by this hacker/extortionist.

First they lost all our datbases
Then we have to sign up to a new site and invest another (small) amount
Then they suddenly seemed to have recovered their old databses
And now the new site is being hacked.

In the meantime I did not recover the money I had invested in Tatijano e-trust, but instead I have invested more money in another site that is hacked again.

Am I loosing it?

So if I`m reading this correctly, anyone spending to the Oomao account over the last 4 days or so has been sending money to the hacker?

If that`s the case why on earth hasn`t Fred or someone else acting on his behalf been posting this around the forums as a warning to members?

There have been post about this on other websites
from what i know. here is a recent update.

Following an urgent email to Charly and Fred this afternoon to seek an
update on the current disastrous position, I had a phone call back from
Charly within an hour! :-)

Why is it I always feel better after talking to either of these
gentlemen?

Firstly, Charly assures me that all investors' funds are secure.

Secondly, he has a current backup of the My-Crosoft website, the latest
to be hijacked. In fact he believes the backup was made about 5 minutes
before the hacker struck! Therefore it is completely up to date,
provided no-one has made any transactions since the hacker took control.

Thirdly, it is more than likely that the hacker is a member of the
various Oomao Group programs and probably a member of MintMachine as well.
Therefore I am writing to you now! We have our strong suspicions who
you are.

So to the hacker .... the game you are playing is extortion. In my
country it is punishable by law and a hefty jail term is the usual result.
The cyberpolice have been informed so it is likely that the net is
tightening as you read. Chances are you have left a trail behind you
somewhere.

Fourthly, Charly expects to have a resolution to the current situation
by early next week. He and Fred certainly won't bow to the hacker's
demands for $10,000 so he has nothing to gain and everything to lose. In
fact, stating on the website that it was under new management was not
the brightest thing to do. It just increases potential customers
awareness that something is not right!

It is likely that the solution will be to take the various programs
completely offline and cary out transactions direct between ecurrency
accounts, at least for a time.

I can also report that the hacker has managed to infiltrate the host's
php section which is preventing him from taking the sites down.

It would appear that the server is not at fault in all this nor is the
software. Charly assures me that changes have been made to the software
to eliminate the bugs that are present in Gold Coders scripts to the
extent that it is virtually NOT Gold Coders script anymore. In spite of
this the hacker has got in so he is a very clever person. Where it will
land him is anyone's guess.

So from MintMachine's position I will have to make some changes to the
way I list Fred's and Charly's programs. I'll think it over during the
next few days.

In the meantime, there are lots of new opportunities listed but as
always I urge caution and take some profits regularly.

I usually try to keep up to date with what`s going on elsewhere, but today is the first I knew about this, posted by a member not by any Admins of Oomao or related sites. Maybe I missed their posts.

This is really bad news for those programs and members, so lets hope things are resolved without too much loss of money.

This address: http://oomaotraders.com does load. Very confusing. The difference in the addy is the "s", but these are 2 different programs. I would be wary of any of the Oomao or My-crosoft sites at this time.
Also Rhada, the mod is gone on holiday until 8/16 so it is up to members to post updated and hopefully accurate information to members. (Rhada concluded that not much could be reported at this point, so don't blame him for leaving), but certainly think that Fred and Charly should be posting as 'things' develop.

I don't trust the Forum without any 'supervision'; the hacker could be dispersing 'updated' corrupt information as well as anyone else.

Well now, that's being very thorough Geoff. I won't go so far as looking at the "spend" page until I know what is going on with my spends in all the other programs. Sounds like we'll be waiting 48 hrs for Fred to get some rest and provide more info.

Rhada's forum has copies of emails between him and Charly disclosing that Fred's real name is Jorge Szwaliewitz and that after having Charly arrested Fred/Jorge departed with all the funds.

It maybe time to move this program to the scam folder.

The plot is definitely deep, and there is a great deal of skepticism as to who is who and what is what and who knows what... but all pointing to lies and deception. Does anyone here have knowledge of Kevin Sanders, most recently of Goldstock and Monaco 1929?
It has been suggested that Tatijano Fred and Kevin are one and the same, and that Charly was also scammed by 'Fred'.
A lot of speculation; many believe that he left a trail leading to Singapore and the hunt is on.
Another game of "twister" with a program that did start out simply, and then baited members with charitable causes as more money was invested into other sprouting programs.

In the meantime, my own credibility is being tested since I was 'sucked' in and believed in Fred and his good 'causes'.
That was then and this is now...
However, I deeply apologize to all who stepped into this program based on anything I may have posted in support of this 'true' investment.

I doubt if you were alone, golddust, in trusting an Admin who claimed to be doing so much for the needy in society. I bet a lot accepted his claims, and that`s what makes it so sad if it is true that someone can use such arguments to scam people.

All the stuff about the site being hacked, and the e-gold no. being changed etc. Was that all lies then do you think?

He even went so far as to ask members for fresh funds to restart their accounts didn`t he?

Sing has the most recent information and can be of great value in tracking 'Fred' down, however; believe I saw a post that had tracked Fred's last post coming from Brazil.
Friend Sing has "honor" to preserve. I fell very badly for him.
(and of course horrible for myself and others as well who fell into this scheme...)

According to his yahoo group so far only 2 have accepted his offer.
Got an email from Fred after I signed on for the Y-group. He quoted an old Wall Street adage.

Since Freddy boy is the pig who took other other people's money and disappeared I hope the adage is true.
