Just wondering. I pretty much goto the gym 4-5 days a week for a couple hours a day. I was wondering how many other members make it a routine to goto a gym and work out. I find working out really gives me a better feeling about the day. If I sit on the computer for 6-8 hours in a day I need to get out and use my muscles. Otherwise I start feeling like crap.
anyone else have the same problem?

I often have the same problem, but infortunately not yet the same solution to it.
I do know I coud do with more exercise but going to the gym on a regular basis doesn`t appeal to me that much. But, I`m sure that someone like you who does it week in week out doesn`t `feel the pain` now, so you must enjoy it. I applaud your willpower.

Sitting at the computer is a problem... Making the effort to go to the gym is a bigger problem!
But you are right!..Just walking, or playing cricket, soccer or tennis..makes me 'feel real good'!
P.S: I often play with my partner. That makes me feel even better.

Yes, believe me Geoff!.. It is a multiple orgasmic experience of losing some calories (atleast temporarily) in an almost spiritual atmosphere of give and take, warmth, friendship and intimacy. You should try it sometimes.

Morning streches are a necessity for me or I am miserable all day. I enjoy a 2 mile walk rather than time in the gym.
