Premium Division : Best Ponzi on the net! :-)

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Dr. Mac

Greetings Members

Yup! In my humble little opinion, Premium Division ranks as my best Internet Ponzi for 2005!

They have only been going for 4 weeks, and in that time I've cleared $2,700 pure and sweet profit!

The amount of money IN to money paid OUT ratio is a healthy 3 : 1. Good stuff. Also, by looking at the stats on their home page, the amount of ACTIVE (in other words, people who actually fork out money) accounts is growing daily at a healthy pace.

How long will they last ???

(Now, where did I put my crystal ball ???)

Only Adimin and the "Man up there with the long white beard" knows!

But ... looking at those stats ... plus the fact that the Admin is well known to some VERY well-known and respected folk in the Interhet HYIP arena ... my gut feeling is for at least another couple of months.

At 50% per week (now, THAT'S what I call a respectful ponzi return! ) it only takes 2 weeks to get your initial spend back. Then, compound the hell out of the rest, remembering to take some out as you go along.

Can't be bad.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Hope everyone here is behaving themselves and keeping well!

Take good care and best wishes ...

We meet again Dr. Mac! I support what he is reporting about the program, although I can not verify his earnings .
This program looks very 'profit' promising for even those who get in now. Join the 50%/wk program and you will be in profit in 2 weeks. Easy to get your initial spend back and respend their money. I'm well into profit, and anticipate this one will go through the summer.

I'm with Premium Division too, invested in their weekly plan. We'll see if I can recoup my principal in 2 weeks.. I hope I can!

Site is down.

Posted by: FutureGizmo

^ They have been, for the past 2 days or so. Admin though announced that they're trying to put the site back up and he expects it to be online within 24 hours (of course, it could be more but we just have to wait..)

New Update posted at - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/investmentprograms/

Quote:
Premium Division has not disappear from the
net, there are hosting problems that needs
to be fixed by the host.

We are trying to get this fixed as soon as possible
but as it invovles an OS reload and then data
restoration it is likely to take 24 hours or slightly
longer.

For some reason the server went into what is know as
kernal panic and then the restart fsck failed to
repair.

Sorry about this but it is totally out of my control.

Looks like this will take 24 hours.
We where all ready in progress to move PremiumDivison
to a dedicate server.
So please let this work out and tell your friends
what the problem is that the site is down for the
moment.

Thank you,
Admin PremiumDivision

Thanks for the update Golddust.

OK guys, here is a new update I received from my Sponsor:

Quote:
Yes we know...Its Passed 24 Hours Now.

Here is the latest.

Premium Division is in the process of moving to a new server, a dedicated one and will be back up as soon as the server move is complete.

From speaking to our contact, the admin has a full back up of the site should anything go awry.

Please don't worry, as things are under control and the site will be back up as soon as possible.

Please Pass This Message Down To Your Down line, So that everyone is on the same page.

So hang in there, looks like the full backup will control for 'data loss'. Just think about how nice those account balances are going to be!

Here's the latest update from the PD admin:

Quote:
Hi there,

I called them on the phone trying to figure out what is going
on to the server.

Well basicly the datacenter where the server is located has
reinstald the server and the both harddrives with members site
on it needs to be instaled to that server.

The host also dont know why that takes so long.

I just need to email the members and i will do that.

Sorry that this take ages.

Here's today's update from my Sponsor:

Quote:

Here is the latest. We have moved the status of Premium Division to a "watch" this is in NO way saying that the program is dead, as it is NOT.

What this means is that they are having server issues at the moment (they are not the only site experiencing this) but as to be fair and objective we felt that it was time to place it on a watch status until the site comes back up and is fully functional. Again please don't panic, as everything in the Admin's power is being done to bring the site back up.

Please Pass This Message Down To Your Down line, So that everyone is on the same page.

Waiting and watching.

Here's another update from my Sponsor today:

Quote:
Here Is The Latest From The Admin Below:

Hello PD'ers,

We are still here, we have not gone away. On the contrary over the last few days, we have been working day and night to try and get things back up. Here is where we are now..

Here is the latest information that I have just received from my hosting provider.

The latest database files are no longer on his server or even on the back up harddrives.

This will bring us to a New Dimension. A crossroad of sorts, and we need your support and patience at this very difficult time.

First understand that Premiumdivision is not

a ponzi and money is still being generated by

several outside sources.

I had made backups of the whole site and

back ups of just the Mysql database, and neither work.

The good backups of the Mysql database that I have are from 16 may 2005

Data has been lost from the 16th of May till current BUT NOT the funds or spends

that you have made to Premiumdivision, so NO ONE has LOST ANY MONEY.

This was all unexpected We had a server go down

and it crashed the harddrive. It was just bad luck that has

struck us very hard.

Now...

There are 2 options

Start fresh:

Create a new account and this account

will be credited in the way of money already spent

and money already withdrawn, to bring you to current.

Continue where we left off before the server move:

We will use the Mysql database back-up from 2 weeks ago (16 may 2005 )

and all accounts will be corrected so that we can

continue where we left off. Lost accounts will be

credited as that account is no longer with us.

If you wish, A full refund can also be given if you totally lost

your trust with us and don't want to be a part of Premiumdivision

anymore.

Premiumdivision is NOT going to close down! Or go away.

Especially not like this. We will get through this, and these issues will only make us stronger.

Please dont panic and be patient while we handle things in a proper way so that the majority will be content with every action that we need to take to bring Premiumdivision back to the people.

Thank you,

Admin Premiumdivision

My take on this is that the admin is going to choose which of the 2 options will work best with the information they have and it seems to me that to request a refund would take just as much time as it would to reconstruct your account from 5/16.

Welp, there goes more of my vacation funds... ,
but thinking on the positive side, I'll have fun spending when I return.

Here`s a link to the forum, but I`m not sure it allows all members to access it yet?

www.premiumdivision.com/forum

Geoff

Posted by: golddust

All members should be able to access, however the information there is not very explicit. Members should login to their accounts and then find the applicable situation. It appears that it boils down to spends in, less payouts = balance/bonus, which can then be reinvested.

In other words, if you have not gotten your funds (initial spend) back, the difference becomes a bonus that should be "spent" back into PD for returns to continue. This equals quite a bit less than members may have expected if continuing to 'vest' in a plan. (Breakeven or less, then start from there) -you spend to a plan based on the difference between spend and profit available, and start again.

I don't understand how the admin can state that no one has "lost" any funds when payouts, reduce the principle.
Spends and profit deducted equal less of a spend to earn profit starting over again. That seems like a loss to me.

I would prefer for admin to take a little more time to reconcile accounts (spends vs profits received vs profits still owed), to create a new ledger. That way, they would still owe what is 'outstanding', not trying to wipeout what is still owed by deducting what has been paid =

golddust

Posted by: betrdanevr

So I guess they're just guaranteeing the principal, which you can reinvest or not?

Better than losing it all, but high on the Disappointment Scale, still.

For me, I think I'll close the book on these (essentially) doubler types.

What an epidemic of hard drive crashes and loss of data after six weeks. Going forward based on principal 'owed' is potential to make more. I wonder, though, if that principal $$ is 'really' there or not.

It may 'appear' to be better than LongshotDoubler (refunds of over $100 not done yet). But if Premium Division really doesn't have the funds, it will implode only sooner by paying out interest starting with a negative balance.

If this was the "Enhanced Version," I hope it's not "The Nightmare Continues."

Considering myself lucky to have made 20%! As they say, "Be careful."

Dear Members

Yes ... I went to the new forum ... e-mailed off my details last night ... nothing happened for several hours ... it got really late (or rather, early in the morning, Brit time!) so I went to bed ... and this morning (Saturday) ...

BINGO!

My full original spend was THERE! :-)

-------------------------------------------------------------

Yes ... I agree ... it "sucks" when we don't get our ioriginal spend AS WELL as our interest!

BUT ... that is still a hell of a lot better than getting ... ZERO! ...which is what happens in the vast majority of HYIP's that have "server problems" or "DDOS Attacks" ... or whatever the current excuse is to run away with whatever money they have made.

Basically, we are now all back to Square One

Sure, we have "lost" 4 weeks of activity and interest (that is, if you were in this right from the beginning)

But, we have NOT lost a penny of anything we actually paid out of our pockets into the program. Remember, interest "earned" and re-invested is money that did NOT come out of your pocket!

Let's just hope the Admin has learned his lesson regarding hosts, servers, and most important keeping daily (even twice-daily) backups of the complete database.

The fact that he HAS come back is more than 99% of other Admins and programs do when they have "problems" In fact, most don't even bother with trying to feed us b*s* excuses ... they just ... vanish!

As things stand at present, my gut feeling STILL tells me the Premium Division Admin HAS tried to make an honest effort to get things going again.

Good luck to all!

Dr. Mac

Dr Mac,
Quote:

... meaning you had not withdrawn anything? Guess that would be the luck of the draw.
As Terri, very high on the disappointment scale; I get no bonus- I had w/d 1.084% in profit; of that 59% was profit earnings, and 41% was referral commissions. I do not agree that referral earnings should be counted as money paid out.
I am in 'discussion' with the admin over this, along with a detailed spreadsheet to fill in for apparent "lost data".
If I have to start over with new spends, I'll look elsewhere.

... so would I Terri!

You are saying that this is the elusive Mr X?

Geoff

Posted by: yakuza

Geoff, you know him very well..LOL. In TG forum...LOL...."P" busted...

Posted by: forwardone

In which case members of those programs stand an excellent chance of being ripped off by that chameleon!

Geoff

Posted by: golddust

Well, just catching the drift of this thread. You don't mean it, "P"????. I thought he was brought up on charges... but I guess that won't stop him from doing what he is known to do best. I have seen posts however indicating that some people have now seen bonuses in their accounts when before they were at zero. Speculation from previous referrals? Well that would include me, but I am unable to log in to my account, forgot password. Funny how short term memory works. Actually, I thought I knew it, anyway, sent for new one.
I will post if I do find my little treasure chest.

golddust

Posted by: forwardone

Are members` accounts being updated properly yet?

Geoff

Posted by: FutureGizmo

What do you mean "updated properly," Jeff?

In my case, I continue to receive my interest on time. I broke my own rule of "get-your-principal-back-quick" here and continued to reinvest my weekly interest in the weekly plan. We'll see if I'll be able to earn a profit here before this one finally bites the dust. Or won't they?

Posted by: forwardone

Giz, a number of members report that since the site came back their balances are showing as `0` so I wondered whether that has now been resolved?

Geoff

Posted by: FutureGizmo

Just now I realized I misspelled your name, geoff, in the earlier post lol~

Anyway, I think you just have to send the PD admin a mail with the necessary info in order to update your account. You have to repeat sending the mail sometimes or else that would perhaps be drowned by the rest of the incoming mail.

In my case, i sent him a mail on July 4 then waited for a week. I should have followed that up earlier. When I did a week later, he immediately credited my account, which I used to re-invest. I "lost" a week which would have supposedly earned me 50 already. I've now got 100% of my principal though but as I mentioned I just re-invested it. I'm just testing until when this would last...

Posted by: golddust

Finally was able to login and check my account. Well lookie there, I found a whooping $7.25 in referral earnings!! Woo-woo. Now I consider myself 'in profit' from this program. Funny how the 'referral record' of my account seems to be very much intact, despite the lost data. Wonder how that works...
Won't go near it if "P" is even rumored to be involved, and definitely consider myself lucky to have gotten profit. "P" still owes me from his solo venture, now he is hiding behind other projects. Everyone should beware. Take profits and enjoy but don't put anything 'new' in.

I truly think some of these admins think we don't have a friggin' brain.

Oops! That hard drive just came BACK!!! "Sent it out to CompUSA merely in order to recover the data and pay referral fees to the wonderful old members!"

This would be very consistent with the MO of "P".

Not good news.

http://www.web-life.org/vb/t4497-.html

Let`s see if refunds are made, as promised. I`ve moved this thread over to here. Please post to let us know if refunds are made.

Geoff

Posted by: FutureGizmo

Bye, bye, PD! It's time you get moved to this folder.

You did last for two months (?), right?

Posted by: FutureGizmo

Any word on the refunds? Fabio of PD dropped by the forum some weeks ago and said refunds are ongoing. I'm not expecting to get one, but to get it would definitely be a bonus for me...

Posted by: golddust

IMHO I don't think anyone should expect a refund. Of course it would be a good ploy to use to issue some % of ROI. Members receiving these may be more inclined to invest in the next SCAM the admin comes up with.

golddust

Posted by: studioz

I sent in a refund request when the program first closed. I re-sent it quite some time later because I didn't receive one. My refund was not a great amount, but he didn't even pay that back.

He's just another scammer who wanted to get the one last thrill of promising something that he had no intention of going through with.

studioz

Posted by: FutureGizmo

I'm not expecting a refund either but I just find it surprising that the admin dropped by the forum a week or two after the program closed down and mentioned that refunds are underway, so I'm wondering if there's one who received even a cent. But yes, it would be better to treat this as dead and if ever you receive a refund, then good.
