Doublers all but dead?

Seems like the doubler rage of 3 months ago has come to an end. Just 3 months ago, there were literally hundreds of doublers running. Now only a few. What made the doubler industry collapse like it did? Why doesn't the HYIP arena do the same?

I`ve sometimes wondered the same thing, Ed, just why do HYIP`s keep on and on?

I totally agree that the cycler `craze` is slowing right down. At one time I was submitting an equal number of cyclers at HYIP Search as I was HYIP`s, but that`s all changed now. Sometimes I can go a week without putting one cycler in.

Doublers and cyclers are obvious ponzi type programs. The only way a doubler works is if people believe they will work.

Once the masses lose confidence in the doubler, the doubler stops working. Lots of niave people have lost money hoping they would get rich playing doublers. The only winner is the program owner. After a while, not even the program admins make any money more.

HYIPs still work becuase there are a few that are based on generating real returns and not just cycling money.

Becasue people feel they can find the "real" investment program out there, they will continue to invest more money in hopes of the next program being the "real deal"

The problem is most of those participating in HYI lack the discipline or the money to really do well in this arena.

Don't worry, in about 4 - 6 months you will see doublers make a come back. They always do. As new people come on the net and the older timers lose their money and leave, there will be a new breed of suckers waiting to lose their money.

I have been in this arena for 7 years now. There is very little that I have not seen.

I was never a fan of doublers. Unless you are one of the early ones in you will get stuck. I don't see them making any kind of comeback because almost everyone knows that they are a losing proposition.

Doublers will make a comback because 90% of people who participate lose their original investment, get frustrated and leave. At the same time new people are coming in ever day.

So ..

As those who know what to look for eventaully leave the arena, those who don't know that doublers and cylcers are a losing propsition will get hooked. After all, on paper, it looks like a doubler could work. But in reality, they are a lot more compicated to keep going then most people know.

Best wishes

YIWSN has been dead for quite some time. YMMSS will be the last doubler casuality.

I had high hopes for YMMSS because I was convinced that the returns were being generated outsite of the program. Now I know that is not the case. At least there are enough funds being generated outside the network to keep the cycle times down.

Now that the cycle times have gone up past 200 days, most hyipers will not take a second look at YMMSS.

Less money coming in from members mean longer and longer cycle times.

It's really a shame. I thought YMMSS may have been different.

I must admit I have an intense dislike for cyclers, probably because of all of those I`ve ever joined ,(admittedly with the bare minimums), none have ever put me in profit.

Even PIN's cycle time is going up every time. Good thing with them though is that they have other successful programs aside from the PIN cycler, particularly TGT. But once PIN's cycle treads the 100-150 mark, I'll start being more cautious too about TGT.

Doublers and cyclers and matrices work for the FIRST people in who put in LOTS of money and PROMOTE them to beat the band. Never, ever again will I pay attention to people who promote these things and say, "Hey, I made $4,000!!! Whoohoo!"

You know how they did it? By sucking up the money of the next 3,000 (or so) people who joined the cycler.

No more for ME, thank you very much.
