Well it seems like every summer both HYIP admins and HYIP investors take time off from programs. The months June-August are usually a slow period for new programs and investors. Once September gets here, things usually start to pick up, with the peak being around December-February.

And consequently, a lot of programs close down here and there too during that time. I remember last year, when I was just starting in HYIPs, that during the December-January period, there's almost at least one major program that folds up. Weekly Interest, IncomeLine, Golden Nestegg, etc were just some from last year.
