PO-trading is an private investment fund based in St. Kitts and Nevis dealing in a wide variety of financial instruments. The latter include Forex, stocks and options trading as well as investing in other investment projects, mainly in real computer technology and telecom sectors. In stock trading we primarily invest aggressively in securities of companies, often involving special situations, such as liquidations or reorganizations and emerging growth companies. The stock is normally sold when its potential to meet our capital growth goals is limited or exceeded by another potential investment. We use leveraging in attempting to enhance returns. We basically trade securities of mid and small cap companies. We define small cap companies as the ones with the market capitalization in the range of $5M to $500M, Mid cap companies - $500m - $5B. In Forex trading we mostly work with the three key currency pairs - EUR/USD, USD/JPY and GBP/USD. We do not allocate more than 20% to trading of any of the currencies. The total net assets used for trading currencies may vary from from 15% to 50% of our total net assets. Our investment team members work all over the world providing access to almost all regional financial markets throughout the world with the emphasis on the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia. We view this instrumental and regional diversification as very important factors without which overall success would not be possible.
