We launched on January 20th, 2004 as a private pool with no domain/website. The current membership is quite small, and comprised of a very small group of personal associates. After a brief vote/poll, we have decided to open our program to the public. Member investments will be pooled into their selection from the four categories listed below. All deposits and withdrawals are processed on the 1st of each month. There is a 5% Administrative fee for all deposits and withdrawals. There are no referral commissions available. The minimum investment is currently only $100. Investments may be made via E-Gold or 1MDC.

HYIP - FXVision, FXIG, ClubInvest, ILC, 4X-Club, ChartCandle, Global Vantage, GProject, CapitalEx.
Forex - Account held at FXCM, Managed by TeamForex.
Futures - Quadriga Fund's GCT USD Superfund.
Stocks - FID575 Mutual Fund, and an Aggressive Portfolio with ING Direct Funds.
They don`t have a website. Enquiries and payments are made to admin@i-midas.com

Now this program hasn`t been around in the conventional sense for all that long, and has only recently been `publicly seen.` They have, however, according to their claim been trading privately since January 2004. I`ve read that the Admin of the program has stated that if anyone wishes to verify the Trading Records and Proof of Investments then they will be made available to members on request.

If they really are with the programs they list then many of them have a good reputation, but, as with any program, especially one that has only recently come on the public scene, anyone considering investing needs to do his homework first by verifying as much as possible about past trading.

We look forward to members updating us about how things are working out as far as payments are concerned.

Whats the point to chose it?
5% fee to spend? 5% fee to w/d? 5% monthly return?

GlobalV is a choice? Does Cex belong to GV?

Electra and Iccpool seem are failures of GV.

We offer the opportunity to invest in real progams otherwise unavailable to those who do not meet the minimum investment criterea, for example: Quadriga GCT USD and TeamForex Managed Forex. Assuming that we receive exactly 5% monthly, you would make profit by the third month. Every additional month would give you an additional 5%. In one year, that would be a 50% profit.

An HYIP Pool is a choice. By investing in the HYIP Pool, your funds would be pooled into all of the listed HYIPrograms. CapitalEx seems to guarantee the returns for their loan program, while Global Vantage provides variable returns for all of their products. Our investment with Global Vantage is in their GV Fund, not the ICC Program, Hiperfund, Electra, or any of the other less reliable programs.

I`ve read that they no longer accept E-Bullion. They currently use e-Gold, 1MDC, and BE-Cash.

Why not read the rest of that conversation? We cleared up the matter within minutes of his creating that thread. In a nutshell: I had misspoke when I posted about "Awty", instead of "fsamec".

That is correct. We believe that both programs should remain long enough for us to profit.

Posted by: i-Midas.com

We have now withdrawn our investment with Invex for a total profit of 52%.

Posted by: i-Midas.com

For convenience reasons, I am posting our "advertisement" below. I update this list of investments on a regular basis, so it will be far more up-to-date than the list quoted by Geoff.

We have added several new investments this month, which will be available via our pooled investments on September 1st, 2005. After extensive consideration and suggestions from several of our members, we have made a direct investment with FX Investment Group (FXIG). Additionally, we have opened a managed forex account with Synergy Capital Management (SCM) in light of their stellar performance over this past year. Finally, we have made an investment through RBC Asset Management for an Aggressive Portfolio.

As a reminder: If you would like to participate in our investment opportunities during the month of September, we must receive your investment by Wednesday, August 31st.

I-Midas.com FXIG account closed
Please note that we do not allow people to pool accounts, Feeder Fund have the exclusive right to this. We have requested a number of times for I-Midas to send us hi sbank wire details so we can return funds, he still hasn't.

Interesting!

Geoff

Posted by: i-Midas.com

Ron of FXIG has not closed my investment with his program, although he is on a very interesting fishing expedition trying to locate it. At this time, new investors will not have their HYIP investment pooled into FXIG as it is apparently against their terms of service.

Posted by: FutureGizmo

Interesting indeed, I wonder why only FeederFund would be allowed to have a pooled account with FXIG?

Posted by: Trinary

no comment on that...
But anyway, reason is maybe because too many pooled account cause too many discussions...

Posted by: golddust

Trinary,

I suspect you are right, however, it would be reassuring if someone from FXIG could comment.

golddust

Posted by: FutureGizmo

But then again, they can limit discussion in the FXIG sote for example, I wonder why they'd limit groups who'd like to invest in FXIG as a pool..

Anyone knows what's going on with this month's ROI? It is not posted yet

Are you still investing in GV Fund? Care to report what it paid. Oh never mind, you still have to wait until the 10th of the month to 'know'?

We made a full withdrawal from Global Vantage some time ago. We were unhappy with their performance, and new policies. Juliano honored our withdrawal request.

Posted by: clifton

Are there any news about this month's ROI? I don't mind if they are not posted at first, but since it always have been at 1st so far I wonder how is it going on?

I generally calculate the returns on the first of each month. When there are discrepancies, it takes a few more days. I apologize.

Not a very strong return, but still not a loss. Interesting to note that earnings were from HYIPs. Looks like you've separated wheat from chaff. Are you still investing in the same ones listed some time ago?

I-Midas, can you explain how the monthly return is calculated? When someone invests, do their funds spread evenly between the 4 categories, or does the investor elect which category to invest in?

golddust

Posted by: clifton

The investor selects where they want to invest. Glad to see that futures and stock funds turned into the positive direction after few bad months. Anyway, i-midas is not the hottest program, but at least has all the indications to be real

I think these are actually for March, not February, i-Midas?

Most probably you are right, Geoff. Nice ROI on the forex fund, hope it will keep going well

Correct, that was a typo.

Ok, thanks for that.

Posted by: clifton

Any update for April?

Posted by: clifton

I feel like scammed here. No update and the email get bounced back. For some reason i trusted this one. Fortunately the low ROI kept me away from putting more than a test spend

Posted by: forwardone

Does seem to be later than usual with his updates.

Posted by: golddust

If email is bouncing back, NOT a good sign. There is usually a thread over at TG Clifton, maybe you could find something more out over 'there'.

golddust

Posted by: clifton

Yeah, but nothing in that thread except me and one other guy asking what is going on I think I'll move to watching and waiting :/

Posted by: golddust

Another one of those programs you feel more comfortable with because the Admin is known around town....then poof.

Posted by: forwardone

Is this one gone now? If so it can be moved to ..........we all know where.

Posted by: clifton

Nothing new unfortunately, so I'll move it

Posted by: golddust

Another scammer running amok in our midst...

Posted by: forwardone

Has anyone heard from this guy since the program`s demise?

Posted by: clifton

No, I think this is completely over. Proves that even a real program (which I believe it was) can turn into scam

Posted by: golddust

I have to think that "midas" is in the crowd somewhere out there. Just too many people gone scammy from the ranks of the investors/players out there to think otherwise.

golddust

Posted by: forwardone

Oh yes, I completely agree golddust. Once a scammer always a scammer. I`m convinced that from the scores of the better known `names` they are in reality less than half the actual number of individuals carrying out these scams.
