Anyone else experienceing the problem? I keep getting "Servers Very Busy Please Try Again Later".

I`ve seen a few URL`s for PIPS over the months, so I`m not too sure which ones are working and which aren`t.
Which is the one to use, Hardlyworkin? I`ll try it from here.

I got onto that site, then clicked the `Secure` link, then the `Enter` link, which then took me to yet another page.
The last page was sooo slow in downloading that I went to sleep (well not quite) but I gave it up as a bad job.

I`ve not checked again, (actually I`m not even in PIPS) but I have read that those who can manage to get in are finding it still extremely slow, and in fact it seems the site has flash animation. Now that does seem clever-not, especially when they should have realized that so many people would want to get on to the site.

I finally was able to get in but as you said it is really slow, watching the pages load is like watching paint dry lol.
