The account you are trying to pay (2065103) has a Balance Limit imposed that prevents this payment. Spend not allowed. |

Like everybody else I am waiting for a response to my note or for a massive announcement via email or at the front page. Nothing yet, but I don't have a bad feeling about this.|
Hello All Aplogies for my lack of response I just had to get some sleep (not enough). Support staff have not yet received an update so I've nothing to report on the currect situation. Whatever is casung this challenge I am 100% positive it has nothing to do with the main function of ExpInvest which is to make money on the Forex. There is no way the ExpInvest traders could have been affected. They will be trading today as normal which means they will be making money as normal. As long as they are making money I'm sure ExpInvest will do all in its power to make sure all investors continue to be paid. I'm about to shower, breakfast and freshen up - I will be back in around an hour. Best Regards Edward Lamb Customer Support Department ExpInvest-International www.expinvest-international.com |

Hello Everyone This is a long post even though I still have nothing to report. I keep in contact with other Live Support Staff but as yes, have not received any communication from my boss or any other member of ExpInvest Staff. Although I'm a paid employee of ExpInvest, and I'm not a wealthy person, I have invested heavily in the Normal Plan myself. I do not have access to other peoples investment amounts however I would go as far as to say I am one of, if not the largest investor in ExpInvest given the current daily maximum limit. I have a daily income from these investments so I do know when and at what times daily payments have been made. I am no 'newbie' to the HYIP market and I have to confess that my experience, for the most part, is similar to what I have read in this thread. To put things into perspective, here is a short extract from my past: In 2001/2002 I had investments totalling $12,000 in 6 or 7 HYIP's. I used a well know monitoring service at that time and was confident that I had diversified enough. WRONG! One after another they folded. So after picking myself up and dusting myself off (yet again) , I continued my quest to make a living online. Late 2002 I did a home study course and traded the Forex. I had a slow Internet connection at that time and found it rather stressful getting my stop options in so I decided to cease trading. Again it didn't put me off...... That is why, 3 years later when I found ExpInvest, I immediately identified with what they did and knew the returns offered were achievable. I have reflected on our current situation and rather than speculating blindly, I have attempted to put some logic to the recent happenings. Particularly in the light of ExpInvest's track record and plans for the future. Here are my thoughts, reasoning, points to consider and conclusions as to why ExpInvest would not wish to close/vanish/cheat us - particularly at this point in time. These are my personal views as an investor in ExpInvest. 1. The parent company measures the success of ExpInvest by its month on month growth. I don't know the exact figures however, the last I heard from my boss was that management was really pleased with our growth. Each month we have increased our growth. Points to consider: Ponzi's rely on money from new people to pay existing commitments. The optimum time for a Ponzi to close is when new money starts to fall off. ExpInvest's monthly income was rising therefore if it was a Ponzi, they would be giving up a great deal of additional income with little extra risk. Conclusion: ExpInvest is not a Ponzi 2. ExpInvest recently negotiated 3 additional brokerage accounts and had planned to increase the maximum daily limit to $5,000 on 1st August 2005. This decision was put on hold because current investors were investing more and Operations felt the current limit should remain in force. Point to consider: If ExpInvest had plans to cheat its investors, they would have increased the maximum and thereby increased their takings prior to closing. Conclusion: ExpInvest did not plan this closure. 3. The last payment was made on 23rd August 2005. Not all investors are due their principal/profit. I received payments of $500 and $1,750. I also invested $2,000. Points to consider: I have a financial plan and full confidence in the company. Conclusion: As I write this, ExpInvest is currently only 2 days late in its payments. These late payments have not affected all ExpInvest investors. 4. Can ExpInvest afford to pay out for these missed days? Points to consider: The contracts with the traders guarantee an agreed return on the funds ExpInvest place with them. Trading should not be affected by technical difficulties. The more ExpInvest places with the traders, the more they make Conclusion: They are unlikely to want to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. Also, to continue making profits with investors funds, it is in the interest of ExpInvest to pay all investors their principal and profit – including those now overdue. 5. We were gearing up to celebrate our 100th payment day, and with no missed or late payments that was to be a mini-milestone in the company's development. Points to consider: This would have been the prime time to enhance even further their already good reputation Conclusion: ExpInvest did not plan this closure. 6. The original ExpInvest e-gold account number has a balance limit on it. There is a new account number on the ExpInvest site that apparently appeared within 15 minutes of the balance limit being imposed on the other account Points to consider: Under what circumstances would e-gold impose a limit? Was this account hacked and representations made to e-gold from ExpInvest about fraudulent activity? How did the new e-gold number get on the site so quickly? Conclusion: Someone caused the e-gold balance limit to be imposed. Someone was able to add the new e-gold account to the ExpInvest site 7. We can no longer access the ‘original’ database. This is confirmed by the ‘invalid batch number’ when we try to check our investment listings. Also most of the logs are missing from Live Support. Some new logs for 2 of the staff started at ‘Wed 08/24/05 03:33 pm’ (Not sure which time-zone). I cannot log into my live support email account – my password is not recognised. New investments are however showing. Points to consider: Did all these things happen at exactly the same time? Have all the databases been cleared? (By accident or otherwise.) Has someone gained access to passwords etc. and hijacked the site? Are the new investments going to ExpInvest? If LS email is inaccessible then it is likely that support email is in the same situation. Conclusion: It is unlikely ExpInvest deliberately deleted all the information from the databases. The site may not be in the hands of ExpInvet. Investors SHOULD NOT invest in ExpInvest until they are sure the money is going to ExpInvest. 8. Lack of Communication. There has been no communication from ExpInvest management to staff or investors. Live Support is not manned at this time. Emails are not being responded to. Points to Consider: The email server may be out of action. If Live Support staff has no information, they cannot help anyone (I have instructed them not to log in as the overwhelming number of callers has caused the system to overload. Conclusion: Either ExpInvest has gone or everyone is working flat out to solve the current issues. It is more likely it is the latter from the points raised in 1-7 above. In future, lines off communication between Management and staff must improve. I am away for a long weekend with my family (it’s a Bank Holiday in the UK) and I plan to return on Monday afternoon sometime. I will be emailing a contact number to my boss at ExpInvest so she/they can contact me if they need my help with anything. If I do receive a call, rest assured I would cut my break short. There is little we can do but wait. While we’re waiting, we can either generate hostility to the company, the staff and to fellow members of this forum OR, we can pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get on with our lives – worrying will not really help the situation. The choice is really up to each and every one of you - goodwill or bad attitude. Whatever you choose, I am certain that all will become clear very soon indeed and then the speculation will end. Best Regards to you all – have a great weekend! Edward Lamb Customer Support Department ExpInvest-International www.expinvest-international.com " |

Hello. There has been a lot of members reporting that when they enter their batch numbers they get the same message: “Invalid Batch Number” . Also, I tried to make a spend to both your e-gold accounts 2065103 and 2352466 and get the same message: Cannot preview spend, the error is: The account you are trying to pay (XXXXXXX) has a Balance Limit imposed that prevents this payment. Spend not allowed. A mass mail and/or a notice in the front page is necessary and would be most appreciated. Regards. e-gold acct.: XXXXXXX |
