online for over 28 weeks and have not missed any payments that I am aware of.

What is your AG login name and I will immediately check on your account
Also what is your e-gold account number and the batch number of your spend as this will assist me to
double check your details
Please remember that weekly payments are made to your AG account not to

I have just searched our entire data base and your account appears intact and in order. Simply login to your account and request a withdrawal and it will be promptly paid into you e-gold account. Please remember weekly returns are paid into your AG account not directly to your e-gold account

They are your login details when you 1st signed up and opened your AG account. It is the ONLY way you can spend to AG. You would have provided a login and a password. Your account does exist and you have a available balance, simply withdraw it. I also sent you a summary of your account via e-mail over 8 hours ago and you sent one to me saying "sorry if I caused any problems''
Please remember to only use the www.ausgold.net URL
The weekly gold one does not work as it does not have a database. It will be deleted soon

I was unaware of the procedures, couldn't get on. I used capital letters where I would normally use lower case letters. I don't know why I did that and I posted prematurely.
