The Appeal Of Forum Differences

Isn`t it funny how forums differ when it comes to discussion on programs? When I say forums, I mean by that of course those members who make up those places.
Take for example some of the big programs which have either failed, or appear to be close to collapse. FLO, PIPS, GINS and it4us.
I know of 2 forums, one very new, another going for several months, where you can`t even find any discussion on FLO. I even tried to do a `search` on the forums, but to no avail. It`s almost as though FLO never existed, yet at one time it was almost any HYIPer ever seemed to want to talk about.
On the other hand I know of another, longer established forum, where members still wish to continue discussions on FLO, some even still believing that Mr X will come through with his promises and they`ll all get paid (but that`s all another story). That particular forum still has a lively debate on FLO. Even at TG many of the protaganists have taken a step back and the folder there is much quieter nowadays.
Here at WL I think most members have accepted that FLO, in any form has gone, never to return. That`s why posts on the topic are now few and far between.
I do find it interesting though to take a look around the various forums and see how much emphasis is given in one forum to, say, it4us, than it is in another forum. Also interesting is how the members can often influence Admins to put certain programs in a folder which they feel accurately reflects the status of the program. Again using it4us as an example, the majority of forums I know of have placed this one in the `Scam, failed programs` (or similar) folder, whilst a small minority are still holding it in a `Waiting` folder.
Just some of my observations, and a reason why I believe the range of HYIP Forums we currently see offer a wide range of views and ideas.

Once more the differences between forums has once again been emphasized with the on-going rift between some TG members and some members of HYIP Discussion. Much of the disagreements centre on the PIPS threads, although the arguments go deeper than just that.

Nice to see though that neither Admin of the two forums has hit out at the other one, in fact Brian at TG made some positive comments about HYIPD in this thread.
Much better for us all when we can all get on, rather than seeing such rifts.
