Gold Fellers - A Dark Horse

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: forwardone

Gold Fellers has been kept well under wraps for a while, in fact since it`s launch back in February 2004.

It has variable rates, nothing out of the ordinary, but at least it`s a consistent payer which is still around.

Now I`m going to have to rely on others here, because this is one of those `semi-private` programs where a referral code/name is needed to get in.

So, if anyone here is currently a member and can provide some additional information about the program, plus an entry code, that`d be useful.

Here`s the forum URL.

Use 'tintin' as a refer code to register so you can read yourself in the forum. You have 60 days to decide join or not . =]

Have a nice day.

Good program for long term returns, and serious investors. Honestly one of the best. Currently there is opportunity for joining with the "University" program for a small spend. (Sorry about 'University', not my word choice...)

Good advice from Tintin, join and read the forum yourself before you decide. After 60 days, you will be deleted.

golddust

... you can use my ref name to join the forum also...

Posted by: forwardone

Thanks to you both for your input, tintin and golddust.

This one certainly sounds like it`s worth checking out.

Geoff

Posted by: FutureGizmo

What's the average weekly or monthly return here, if I may ask?

Posted by: forwardone

Giz, for two weeks ago I`ve seen the figures of 2.35% then last week 3.02% given. Nothing startling but maybe that`s why they are so successful.

Geoff

Posted by: golddust

Geoff, I believe you should read the TOS. I think there are governances concerning sharing specific program information. It's best to advise others to join the forum to understand and follow the program. All the weekly profit information is available as well.

golddust

Posted by: forwardone

We don`t want anyone getting their knuckles rapped for breaking their TOS, so as golddust suggests it`s probably best for anyone wanting further information to join the program.

At least we now have the facility to be able to do that should any members wish to pursue it.

Geoff

Posted by: forwardone

By all accounts this one is still going strong - that`s good to see.

Posted by: golddust

And more ppls are joining, even better! Right now you can join w/out the 10% admin fee, and be entered in a holiday drawing for more units.
SHhhhhhhh.......

The one thing I don't like about GF, and perhaps it has been mentioned before, is that they take a whopping 7.5% cut from any withdrawal you request. This is excessive and I don't see how it can be justified when the interest paid is low/average in the first place. Add to that the outexchange costs and you lose about 10%...

Posted by: golddust

These costs have been analysed and criticised at the GF forum Moremoe. You can join the forum for 60 days before making a decision to invest. I encourage you to join if you haven't and post there what you have here. It will not go unnoticed. There are many who have remained silent, but have not spoken up, and others who have. IMO, the cost of doing 'honest' business... but rolling over funds is one way to take better control of your costs.

BTW - 4.26 this week! I think that might be a "Best Ever".

golddust

Posted by: moremoe

Thanks for the info Golddust. Imo the cost of doing business should be what is accounted for before the net profits are given to investors. Withdrawal should be subject to a reasonable (small) administration fee only. Thiers is the highest I have encountered.

As for joining, I am fully invested at this time and have a couple of funds already on my waiting list for the new year, should I choose to expand any further

Posted by: golddust

You are welcome for the information. I reserve my opinion concerning fees to the GF forum as part agreement with membership.

Good for you being fully invested right now! Please post your successes and certainly any scammers that blind side ya.

golddust

Posted by: moremoe

Although I'm not secretive about it, I prefer not to publicize my investments in a specific post . I have 4 steady paying funds, with PIU and Udachu under consideration after the New Year. As for scammers, I have been burned -fortunately relatively small amounts -by Astra and Takese. PIPS is another story, (arguably) not yet over...

Posted by: luckasus

I made wise decision by investing in GF.
Indeed, GF is really a rare gem. Enjoy it.

Posted by: golddust

luckasus:

Welcome to Web-life and to GF! Please remember that discussions concerning GF should be mostly contained on the GF forum, however your post is fine, far as I know.

It sounds similar to CG financial the % rate isn't bad it turns out to be around 8-12% per month a lower interest rate is better for peace of mind sake

I often have to stop myself from thinking this is a "low" return. In the world of HYIP it is a sane return, and in 'reality' this is a return unseen by conventional means.

golddust

Posted by: clifton

8-12% per month is pretty enough to make you rich dad But it should be long term and secure which is rare the case

Well it all depends on how much you are willing to risk if you start with $20.000 you get a million in about 40 months, if you deposit $50 it can take a little longer :-)

CG financial CGF GV III plan which returns 200% after 4 months is a great plan it won't make you a millionaire but it sure helps

Posted by: tulasu

Just a friendly head's up, but Goldvet's rather pernickety about discussion of GF anywhere but approved locations and there have been members lose their accounts over having GF just in their blog.

Why not ask permission, Geoff, to make this a little safer for the members who want to discuss it here?

Just a suggestion as they gave me permission quite readily to have it at ProjectPCF.

Posted by: Devilboy

This looks like a good one but I have 2 problems with it:

- Completely anonymous. There's no details that I can see about who these people are and why we should trust them. Any ideas? Does anyone here have any info they can share?

- Lots of charges and hidden fees. For example - they list a return of, let's say, 3% per week. But this is not compounded (it goes into a non-traded account) and it stops earning when you reach 275% - principal is not returned (god knows why they picked 275% instead of a nice round number like 200% or 300%) and then they have fees to deposit, fees to re-invest (if you want to compound manually) and more fees to withdraw.

In the end if you're investing $1000 or so you're actually much better off going to 4X-Club instead.

Posted by: Hardlyworkin

Welcome to our forum Devilboy glad to have you with us.

Posted by: golddust

Devilboy,
It has been repeatedly mentioned in this thread that GF information is not to be discussed in open forums. I feel your questions are best posed on the GF forum and will not go unanswered. In addition, if you read the GF forum, chances are you will find your questions "asked and answered".
I encourage everyone following this thread to join the GF forum to gather the information you need to decide whether or not GF is a good investment for you.

golddust

Posted by: Devilboy

I'm not a member of GF and I've not signed any agreement that prohibits me from discussing them anywhere I want.

More info here

Posted by: golddust

Devilboy,

I am not advising you to not "discuss", however, I have suggested that if you join the GF forum, there you can "discuss" all you want and members/admin can respond to you freely.
As a member, I would jeopardize my accounts in discussing the information with you here. In the GF forum, I would not.
That is the consideration for any member in answering your questions.

golddust

wikipedia.... thanks, I subscribe.

Posted by: candy

I think that answers for questions about Goldfellows would be best found at their forum but GF has no say in what is permissable at this forum. So you are free to ask your questions here but it is doubtful you will get them answered here. Please feel free to post your opinion of the program here.

Posted by: Devilboy

I'm not asking any questions. I'm just posting an observation on their return structure. I don't feel like doing it on their website. I'm doing it here for the benefit of other web-life members.

Posted by: moremoe

Golddust, If a poster is not a member I don't see how anyone can have a problem with it. Particularly when it is not a question but a comment. My comments elsewhere about GF are similar.

Posted by: golddust

These are questions that can be answered on the GF forum. This is what I am refering to.
The other statements and opinions posted by Devil Boy are what they are.

Hasn't 4xClub posted losses for 3 of the last 4 months?

Posted by: golddust

I think devilboy only came to Weblife to get into a hype criticizing GF, and probably hasn't invested $1000 in 4X-club, but was using that as some comparative analysis.
Why don't you send him a pm to see how he's doing with that?

golddust

Posted by: clifton

Well, at the time when DB posted that 4x was performing better

Posted by: kenjii

Hi Geoff,

I'm on in Goldfellers. In fact they are very much well semi-private like you said, and do not really rely on word of mouth/referral.

Anyone who is interested in this programme could PM or email me for entrycode.

Cheers,

Kenjii

Posted by: forwardone

Does anyone here have the current status of this program at all? I`ve heard nothing to suggest it isn`t still running.

Posted by: clifton

Still works, new URL is stxxxxxxx.net

Posted by: golddust

for the sake of privacy, I've edited the url Clifton. There is probably a reason for the name change... If someone wants information use pm. I don't think new members are being added atm, introduction links are not available.

Posted by: Jonno

Hi Goldust.
Would you please send me the URL for these people as I have a two year account with them, have been on holidays, and cannot access my account.
Thanks in anticipation and best regards from Jonno.

Posted by: forwardone

Well they certainly wish to maintain their privacy (and for that I don`t blame them one bit), and I think this post by `goldvet` at TG puts it pretty clearly.

http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showt...p?t=9993&page=9

Posted by: golddust

Wow, I have never seen GoldVet make a public appearance before.

Posted by: forwardone

Yes, very rare. I don`t think all is well in paradise though, judging from the mutterings over in the TG thread.

Posted by: golddust

Most likely GV is viewing that thread and knows who he will be removing from the program. Too much complaining and disregard for the 'privacy' policy in force with the new program, even more so than with GF.
GF has been a good thing. Not always open to discussion with members about some things however, members don't run the program, they get the earnings.

Posted by: Pete Berg

Firstly it is agreat news that the fellers is launch back in february.also It has variable rates which is a great quality in this plan.

Posted by: golddust

This program is closed except by invitation. Members know there is to be no public discussion. The thread will stay open due to inquiries or discussion by non-members who will most likely be redirected appropriately.

Posted by: amanda123

Well is this concerned with the gold , or it rate ?
I dont think so !
But i would love to knw !

Posted by: forwardone

I`ve been reading reports over the past few days that though updates are available on their forum, very few members are actually able to get access to the forum.

Some members are claiming that GF has `gone` but no confirmation of that. Maybe just a few hiccups at this moment?

Posted by: Spunner

On the 10th, I got my wd that I requested on the 27th of Dec. I'd say they're far from gone, just taking a bit of time getting back from their holidays..

JMHO, of course.

Posted by: golddust

Members can now access the forum and read the news, and the reason for delays. I have a pending deposit as well, but according to the TOS, 16 'business' days should be given, and my w/d request is within that range. Anyone interested in an invitation can pm me but be warned, I 'screen'.

Posted by: forwardone

Posted today at TG. Yet, of those replying, no one yet seems to have received that email.

At least some explanation was forthcoming.

Ok, this is goldvet in person.

Pluggy, and anyone else that are Talkgold members, please
read the below. I'd just like to say we were hacked by a Pakistan
hacker and he stole a considerable amount of funds. But, we, being
the smart funds managers had always prepared for this situation.

We'd like to make this figure public, and there was over 87k stole
from our accounts. After working with Federal authorities, we have
gotten back close to 50% of those stolen funds.

And yes, we are working with Federal authorities. Makes you wonder
that the program may actually be legit. But, what d' hell. We've always
been legit. A non-profit entite residing Panama, that is mainly focusing
their profits on underpriveleged children.

BUT, we have institute a new rule with our program. Any former or
present members, please read:

WARNING: DO NOT POST THE NEW FORUM LINK OR ANY PROGRAM.NET LINK ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET. DO NOT MAKE ANY POSTS OR BEGIN ANY THREADS THAT MAY INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION, DEROGATORY OR INDEROGATORY, ABOUT THE xxxxxxxxx PROGRAM, ON ANY OTHER INTERNET FORUMS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE, unless approved beforehand by Program Admininistration. IF YOU DO AND WE NOTICE IT AND CONCLUDE THAT YOU ARE THE OFFENDER, YOUR PROGRAM ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED WITH NO FINANCIAL RECOURSE.

These measures have been implemented for security reasons to protect yourself, the other members, and the entire program as a whole. There will be no warnings or second chances for either of these infractions.

Pluggy, being an earlier member of the program, I hope that you will look out for any posts about the program. We're here for the long-term and will not let the naysayers destory us. Watch out for us.

goldvet

I haven't received the email with the new information either, however, this post speaks volumes about the credibility of the program and admins. However, I am very surprised the name of the program was mentioned in this memo; I "xxxxxxed" it out.

Posted by: golddust

Same TG thread, some additional comments from GoldVet:

Quote:
Hang tight. The support database was compromised also.
We're implementing a new support area, but this doesn't happen
overnite. It all has to be installed in the most secure way.
Just let me say this, if you're hacked, you don't come back
quickly. You learn the why's and how's, you adjust and if
you're legit, you move forward. But, again, this doesn't happen
overnite.

goldvet

Ok, communication I know is the key. But when you don't know whether
you're talking to the actual member or the hacker, you sorta back up.
You should be receiving your login info for the new forum we've installed.
Any questions you may have then can be asked there. There's also a
detailed post that describes the exact overcast of the hacking since day one.

goldvet

Ok, this about all I'm gonna be posting here on this forum.
If you're a member, check your email for your new forum login info.
It will arrive over the next 72 hours. Use it and read, read.
Don't ask here on this forum. Signing off probably forever.

Posted by: forwardone

Judging by the complaints still being made this one`s close to being placed in our Watching & Waiting folder.

Posted by: golddust

Apparently there is still a hacker creating problems. I am sure that the admins want to lock out this person before they will conduct any activities that might put their accounts, or members' at risk.
I think they are having to play 'cat and mouse'.

Posted by: clifton

The email validation is not working, so I am unable to withdraw. Hmm.

Posted by: forwardone

If their database of members is all intact I wonder what prevents them from emailing each one and at least advising them of the situation. No news often equates to bad news.

Posted by: golddust

All withdraws are on hold and have been for the last month, which is quite annoying to those who rely on these monthly payouts.

Quote:

I've concluded that the DB may have been compromised, causing them to have to manually verify each member. General communications have been very limited, I agree. However by this time, most members retain confidence; this kind of thing has happened before and eventually, everything gets back on track.

Posted by: golddust

Apparently last week's end, a communication was sent out to members... but I didn't receive it. However the site is back online; the link to the forum doesn't work atm. I've heard the forum is going through changes, but I can't confirm it.

Posted by: clifton

Time to move it to watching and waiting until investors start getting paid, if ever

Posted by: golddust

Found several posts from Gf's "Pete" at HYIPd, relating his interpretation of what is going on right now with some specific details. This doesn't leave me with a good impression.
Pete is not a principle of Gf, nor a contracted personnel as he explained. It seems he felt it was the right thing to do to clear up some misconceptions etc about what currently is going on.
Whatever is going on is supposedly privileged information in keeping with the low profile Gf prefers to maintain. IMO, Gf has a section for News, appropriate for members to access for this sort of information. It is 'curious' why the information he posted was placed on a 'public' , unprotected thread.

Posted by: golddust

The site returned with a message to watch for a new link for updated news and planning information. Some members at TG have openly discussed the program including name and url, which should be expected due to lack of communication. No matter how long a program has been around, nothing is sacred if investors are not informed. In fact after all the years of confidentiality, it is sort of insulting. JMHO.

Posted by: golddust

Ongoing news:

Quote:
S........Inc., located in Panama City, Panama, will go thru a 4-month quazi-reorganization with complete management overhaul. Complete details posted by pdf link sometime this week.

Hard to believe something good is going to come from this now. By the time this period is over members, many who have 5 figures invested and built a steady reliable residual income, will not have been paid since 12/07. More delay. I hope some truth will come out.

Posted by: clifton

"quazi-reorganization". Interesting way to call it

Posted by: forwardone

Does that mean another 4 months of Watching & Waiting I wonder? If so I`m glad I`m not a member here, unless I`m already in credit of course.

Posted by: golddust

There is a new document posted under the tab "updates" after members login. It answers the question of what a "quazi-reorganization" is. I don't know if it is true in other countries, but a company incorporated in Panama has certain guidelines available to complete a "quazi - reorganization".

Posted by: golddust

At this point, the quasi reorganization will take about 4 months. Around various forums, members and onlookers are calling the program a ponzi all along, piggy-backing on other HYIPs. Also the change in the website and forum were all stalling tactics while the escape plan was devised and implemented. In addition, during the server crash the identity of goldvet was revealed to a few who happened to catch it, (but not sure exactly how this happened), so it is thought he has gone into hiding. There are suspicions about some members being involved also, and the possibility of another program like this re-surfacing.
A lot of people who have been members for a long time made some great returns, but many didn't.

Posted by: forwardone

So is the likelihood the program will return at some time, or do you believe it has gone forever, golddust?

Posted by: golddust

IMO, after what was communicated to members, and what has been otherwise discovered, contemplated and speculated, I doubt there will be a revival. Based on the quasi-reorganization status, I doubt there will be refunds either.
