Reason for selling. Currently Weblife parters do not have the time to keep adding programs to the site. It is currently up to date, and quite active.
Income from memberships alone have averaged $70 per month over the last 6 months. This does not include banner ad sales.

There really is a lot of potential for this site. It needs someone who can spend a bit of time adding new programs as they appear, and changing the `status` of already listed programs so that members can be kept up to date with the current situation.
New members are joining every month, with a choice of membership periods from 3 months to lifetime.
This isn`t a Ratings Site, but an up to date Register of programs.

Finding new programs is easy enough simply by looking out for them as they are advertised around the forums, often by new banners, or ads folders, or enquiries about new ones. Also checking out a couple of the more popular Ratings sites.
As far as the status is concerned, again it`s by keeping an eye on what is posted around the forums, as well as seeing if there are any changes to the status that may be given on Ratings sites.

No need to invest with the programs at all as HYIP Search isn`t in itself a Ratings site.
