http://downline-solutions.com is refunding members, which the Admin, Shelly, has said is due to a particular member.

In other case I'll make anything is possible in my power to
make you a great damage too.
I have enough internet friends to make all together several tens of
negative posts in any rating programs on the net.
And this won't be the worst for you, believe me.
There is more, but maybe you want to avoid this.
It is up to you.

Feliks deposited over 18K into the Silver, I did say I would honour his deposits although this was way above the maximum required amount. Due to the delays of trns from my currency exchanger on his 4th or 5th return, Feliks became very offensive and made several threatening comments to me, with that I returned the remainder of his deposits and discontinued his membership. I simply did not see why I needed to tolerate such behaviour.

With the above and latest email from Feliks I can no longer run DS, he could very well report this to the Authorities which would put me under an investigation more than likely freezing my accounts along with your funding. Not to mention the risk my family and I are now under.

Further more to the above message written by Feliks, how can DS be a scam when you have had your Principal returned in full plus 4 of your deposits returned with profit?
What type of damage do you intend to cause me as I have taken your threats as been personal to me. You have ruined a great opportunity for many many people as I will not risk the safety of myself and most importantly my family. I have been battling with you and this situation over the last couple of weeks. The above fees have also been returned at $20.00 in case you hold me liable for the 3% fee E Gold may charge for the sum of $15.344

I have been an honest admin throughout the management of DS, yes a few payment issues have occured, however they have all been amended...............not once have I stolen another person's funding nor do I have intention of doing so now. Trades will be cancelled so I can return the principal amounts to all members. This comes as a great loss to us all as the trades are not yet in profit to cancel. However I do need to move as fast as possible on this..

BSB or Swift Number

(as an alternative refund method)


The funds from my FX account will take approx 2 days to be returned, from this point we will need to calculate each members principal deposits. As many deposits as possible will be paid by Int gold, Stormpay and E Gold today.............

All deposits will be returned in full. Kevin is calculating the return of the Bronze and Silver I will do so for the EVIP and Gold. Later in our evening NZ time will also assist in the return of deposits.

The alternative I can and will offer is FX trading assistance, maybe more so by a subscription to receive entry and exit points via email for trading with the major currency groups. But first things first I need to get your deposits back asap.

Once all the deposits have been made Kevin, Ana and I will say our Goodbyes.........

Thank you for all your trust and wonderful friendships I will never forget the support and fantastic people I have come to meet over my time of managing DS.

Hmm.. this was sent today? I still haven't checked my mail. I didn't see how one can make a refund request, probably I need to check the site or email Shelly. I just hope she does honor refunds. I'm invested in DS's 34-day plan and I'm supposed to receive my interest in 5 days.

The program will soon be back to take new investors and funds, according to the site. Hmm, is anyone thinking of investing? Has someone verified if Shelly's info in the site are real or has somebody in NZ actually met or talked with her?

This is all a bit strange in my opinion. Close the old program down, issue refunds, then in a very short time set it back up again.

What was the point in shutting down anyway, why not simply adjust the rates? And what was all that about a member forcing the closure of the original program?

Never got a refund, but got a handsome lot of backpay for time site was down, and daily pay last 3 days. I'm now in profit.

Hi Salty, I moved this one to the `closed` folder once the announcement was made by their Admin of their intentions to close and refund.

The reason I`ve left it here is that members may want to post to say if they are receiving their promised refunds on the first program. But, I `ve also started a fresh thread in `Program Enquiries` so that those going into the 2nd `resurrected` program can make comments on how it`s doing. (Hope I`ve made some sense in my answer)

New problem again!

Admin lost members' data while shifting server.

Members have to go to the main site to input the investment data!

I invested a minimum with them right after they returned but I still haven't received a confirmation mail from them. Wrote them yesterday to inquire about it. Although what I invested in them was already profits from last time (before they closed), it'd be nice if they keep on paying.

I'm not sure if this has been answered before but has somebody checked if the DS admin does exist and she indeed lives in NZ?
