Dear BI-II Members:
As you are aware.. BI-II earnings and payout is currently on hold.
We did not receive the January Earnings and as such we had to put
this program on HOLD.
As it was explained to me, the trading entity that earned our earnings had their accounts frozen
due to the large movement of funds in and out from some clients. BI-II was not one of the clients
causing the problem. The trading entity served many clients and the movement of $millions in and
out drew attention to them. The funds are not lost.. they are simply frozen assets until investigated.
However there is ray of light in the sea of bad news... A small portion of principal was set aside with
a different group in what we call a "Time Account". The small principal set aside was like insurance that
would cover the principal of all members. The Time account matures in approx 12 - 14 months and it's
compounding will at that time reach the sum of all member principal and be returned to the BI-II members.
Unlike other programs that simply disapear.. We are still here and we are working to return everyone's
principal. The events that happened were not how we had hoped the program would operate.
Luckily some funds were set aside and to that extent your principal is insured. All you have lost is time
and opportunity. If there is extra residual income when the time account is accessed. The extra earnings
will also be distributed. Thus you will only be out some time.. and you may have small profit to show for.
This will be the official web page for updates. Eventually the Data-base site we will let go for the reason
it costs to have dedicated server and those fees we can save to give back to members.
I will also list here the BI-II account numbers that have been paid back their principal.. when pay back of
principal begins.
