Just received this email today, looks like after months they are ready to restart again.

They still have some things to work out. This is what came up the last time I tried to access the site:
"This is the Plesk™ default page
If you see this page it means:
1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk.
For more information please contact Administrator"
If/when it does come back it will be a pleasant surprise for many as this has been going on for months now.

I noticed that yesterday too but you still cannot sign up for any of the three branches. I'm also wondering how the money that was sitting in the old system will be paid if at all.
