iProGlobal is an automated marketing system that combines the following functions:
* Web based business opportunity and product tour: Send prospects to your iProGlobal site so that they can take an online tour of the Synergy business opportunity and also see information on the products. When a prospect takes a tour on your system, you receive notification and their contact information by e mail.
* Collects information on your prospect: Your prospect must register before they can take a tour and the system collects and maintains the information on your prospect in an online database.
* Automated Sign up: Once the prospect takes the web tour they can sign themselves up using the system and also order product and they are automatically placed in your downline and notifies you that you have a new a new signup.
* Automated follow up e mails: If your prospect does not sign up, the system starts sending out a series of follow up letters every few days( for 1 month), telling them the additional advantages of being in the Synergy business and encourages them to return to the website and sign up. * Automated notices: Every time a new prospect takes a tour on your system, the system sends an e mail to everyone who has taken the tour in the past and tells them a new pre enrollee has been placed below them in the system, and tells them that they need to sign up now or the person below them in the system will jump past them in the system if they sign up first. - Custom E-Mail follow ups: Compose your own personalized follow ups and send them to one prospect or to all your prospects at once. Keep they updated on new developments with Synergy!
Download Data: You can download your prospect lists to your computer for use in Act, or Outlook. (To prevent spam the system will not allow you to upload data lists to your Ipro system).

* Leads: To generate leads for your iProGlobal system you can either generate your own and send prospects to your site, or you can buy leads through national lead companies that have contracted with iPro to provide leads. They are surveyed leads generated from the internet who are all looking to start their own home based business and they have all been pre-qualified by taking a tour on the iPro system before you receive the contact information on the lead.
