I've never heard of them. Daily payout seems to be too high and not sustainable although they say they have been on line sine Nov 2003.

Hi,

I am invested there for almost 2 month and I never missed a payment. I joined group 1 and receive the payments on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.

It looks like a Ponzi to me but they mandatory reinvestments keep the program from going.

Yes, I think they are in trouble. A friend of mine is still missing his payment for 1/30 and 2/30. No respond on his mail and I only received 2.5% from pay 1/30.

I sent them a mail and wait for their answer.

I'm currently invested with them but yes in my opinion they are a ponzi. They haven't missed a payment yet but both of my investments are almost over. Will not reinvest because they'll eventually colaspe.

I got paid for four months but I stopped some days ago when they lifted minimum....it's never a good sign....

This one has been waving RED flags since it launched - hosted by Katz Global, known to host Scammers. I guess the recent disclosure about KG from Invex confirmed that.

Of course, the relationship with Invex might have been included for emphasis to all the 'idiots' they scammed.

Never can believe everything you read, but as far as Ingenious Packages goes, the admin - Dafe - has been known for his failed programs in the past...

I wouldn't trust these guys any further than I can throw them. I HAD investments in there until one day they stopped paying me....Yes, I was following their idiot rules of reinvesting before the last 10 days of your previous investment. Emails take about 6-7 hours to get responded, and then then make you believe that theres 4-5 people working there. For 2 days I had to repeat the same info over and over about batch numbers and e-gold account numbers and they kept playing stupid...we can't find your info...

Finally I told them to refund my investments or I was notifying e-gold and reporting them to the fraud center. 2 hours later, my e-gold was refunded...amazing how fast they found my info at that point.

This program is in trouble and it's painfully obvious. I give it another 30-60 days. That's my prediction.

And if you look at the top investments - seems pretty serious to me......

Agree...but they are paying for more than a year (so they said....) I was in for 4-5 months and stopped.....

I have been watching a thread in another forum in which there are a few unhappy campers complaining about new rule changes adversely affecting members, Admin not responding to e-mails and so on. Maybe temporary glitches?

I've been in program for over 5 cycles in level one and they have never missed a payment. Thats not to say that eventually this pyramid program is not going to go down but I believe its going to be good till they change program in Jan 06 to a 500 dollar min investment. I'm staying in the program till at least then.
When it jumps up to a min of 500 dollars alot of people will probably drop out and then there base may implode. But I will watch and see and since I am a member in good standing I can rejoin again later if all hold up well.
Time will tell. But for now I'll take the profits while I can!
Don't forget to post in a forum after each time you are paid or they can and will refund your money and close you out with no gains!

megainvest, welcome to Web-Life. Trust? That's something difficult to do in the hyip arena. Don't put your trust in any of the programs, it might break your heart if they suddenly disappear without a reason. As for INgenious Packages, I'm not sure if it's already too late to join and these days I'm hearing some not-so-good comments from members and non-members alike so personally I won't put any cent into this program.

Ther is a minimum in $5,000 when you want to invest directly in FXIG. If you want so, I can send you a ref-link. Otherwise you can invest smaller sums in FXIG when you use feederfund.

Difficult to say...they are changing rules every week...when I was in you dont have to re spend, you were paid 30 days X 5.1% principal included, and it was so for a long time, but from March of this year they are changing rules so often that even for investors still in it's difficult to understand....and last rule was no more payment.....

Fluctuating rules is sometimes for the good of the program, even if not for the investor, or vice versa. By doing so, it makes things more complicated or confusing - is never a good thing. Besides, in a program like IP, what happens to older investors who came in under different rules? Is this being addressed?

Often rule changes do not itemize how each investor may be effected, and generally people lose money when it happens, even if the program continues.

I totally agree with the fact that sometimes changing rules is important and even necessary for some programs, but this one is doing that so many times.
The first time was in april when they decided to stop paying every days, but only 4 days a week (only for group 1), not so bad after all, less return may be a good thing, after they lifted minimum spend at 100$ (I stopped, not for the 100 $ minimum,but for me it was not a good sign they lift mini), after again another rule, you should spend every 20 days, or the left 10 days returns were "at discretion"....I stopped with this one and dont even mind about it. When I read that they were not paying anymore since end of September and I see posts about being paid.......
But to be totally honest I must agree that IP always paid me in times for months....never late or problems....I was lucky.

those who are already in profit here are really lucky. personally though i won't think of putting in any investments or re-investments with them at this time.

Agree totally. IP has been on my personal "Scam List" for quite some time. Even though many people have been paid, and in profit, there will be many who won't. What's to prevent the admin from making more changes? Usually makes it impossible for new members to profit. Go ahead ask for a refund though.

I'm another 'captive' in this program.
I have two investments going in group 1. $200 in first and $300 in second.
Still waiting for the 'new' plans to arrive and the server address to be issued.
The nominated contact people haven't responded to my emails either.
I'm still watching and waiting but I'm not holding my breath on this one.
Although their attitude to their investors has always bordered on contempt, they have also always paid to those that follow their 'rules'.
