Hi Due to the continued complaints about our company to our payment processors we are unable to continue our business. We never meant to scam anyone and our intentions were always to actually invest the money that we received. On our very first day of business we started out very good until an unknown ddos attacker attacked our site. Ever since that moment our company has struggled to keep up with customer support and fix our website at the same time. Once our website was actually fixed people were already impatient (we don't blame you) and had begun complaining to paypal, stormpay, intgold, e-gold, and e-bullion. We fought with these payment processors to keep our business alive but just couldn't work anything out. The only good thing is that we were unable to use most of the money since we were too busy trying to fix our website. With that said we are going to attempt to refund most people. However, you must keep in mind that before signing up you agreed that you knew there were risk involved in our program. You agreed not to hold us liable for any loss as there WAS a substantial risk for losing on the investment. REFUNDS WILL WORK IN THE FOLLOWING WAY If you deposited money with paypal you MUST file a claim through paypal against our company. This is the only way we can refund your money as our paypal account is totally locked up. We can only do refunds. If you deposited with intgold or e-bullion, you will receive a 100% refund. Absolutely no funds were touched with payment processor and therefore you will be able to receive a 100% refund. You should receive your refund by Wednesday of the coming week. If you deposited with e-gold you must send an e-mail to support (support@safedailycash.com) with the subject of "requesting e-gold refund" You must also provide the following things 1.) your sdc username 2.) Your total "out of pocket" deposits 3.) any interest that you have already received. 4.) The total amount that we still owe you so that you will "break even" 5.)Your first and last name 6.) Your batch number 8.) Your e-gold account number 9.) The e-gold account NUMBER that you sent funds to. You must make sure that you provide us with the e-gold account NUMBER not name that you sent the funds to. MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE US WITH OUR E-GOLD ACCOUNT NUMBER When trying to fix our site we used a portion of the funds to fix our website. This was totally legal as we clearly stated that we could upgrade and use part of the money to help out our website. We also have some of the funds invested into various things. We are currently accepting a partial refund of 50% You may send an e-mail to support@safedailycash.com with the subject of "stormpay refund request". Please also include all of the following 1.) Your stormpay e-mail address 2.)Any interest that you gained 3.) Total out of pocket investment 4.) The total amount that is still owed to you so that you "break even" 5.)transaction id. It does not help to file a claim as stormpay is NOT willing to give you a refund for non-tangible items. They have denied several requests by our customers so please don't waste time doing this. We will refund people until all of our funds are gone. We very much apologize for the failure of our program.
