Always the ones mentioned, and also various program forums whenever I check in. There seems to always be some isolated news events in program circles. And I always check those program forums for posts and activity before spending too.

aside from the hyip forums the other guys already mentioned, i usually visit www.bbc.co.uk , http://news.yahoo.com , http://movies.yahoo.com , www.engadget.com , http://www.mobile-review.com/index-en.shtml , and a thousand other sites.. everyday!
