Can you explain then, are members paying for the "best HYIP" information as a service, but the program itself does not offer returns?

Unlike most hyip forums/portals we do not get paid for advertising of hyip companies. The idea is to make it a service based on knowledge, experience and partnership with people who know this business.
We get paid from our members and we provide them with good programs.

And how does the average joe know this... do you offer refunds if someone joins and then finds that you are offering or recommending programs that are common knowledge?

He probably doesn't. That's why we answer any question about it. And keep in mind that this is not for everybody. HYIP is after all high yield.

By common knowledge you mean listed in several other free forums? Yes that may happen, but we know about almost all forums and portals around the net that will provide hyips so it will most likely not be an issue. But if it should occur we will offer refunds for sure!

Then we remove it from the list, adding a post about the company for new members to see and make sure that every member get an email warning them not to invest any more money in that company. And after monitoring it for some time and try to contact the admins of the company, we remove it completely. We invest in all companies ourselves to have the same info that our members receive from the companies. In addition we have a network of people around the world who have networks of their own. This will often lead to us removing it from the list before it stops paying.

If I understand this point then, your program disregards the multitude of programs that are listed and monitored by numerous public and private forums, and recommends programs that can't be found elsewhere? But if they are known by any one of your members, you would refund them for your service?

This seems a little sinister, a network... who have networks of their own... could also be read, we steer people who have paid a fee to programs that we run (via your network) , then stop paying after people have invested (and maybe lost) money in them and voila, we have gotten a fee and investor's money too.
Thanks for answering my questions, but you'll need to provide me with some of your 'happy camper' members, or elaborate how your services work on your site, BEFORE asking for people's money.
