(1) I have returned to the Philippines now to sort out the problems with this business and to address the issues coming from everyone. I am available for usual phone contact during reasonable business hours. Not 3 Am. The registration page is there for a reason. USE IT. Less than 10% of you are registered. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAGE BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. As for the incredibly stupid people who emailed me saying that they wont register because I am trying to harvest their e-currency passwords, All I can say is go play in the traffic and do the world a favor. The registration page is nothing to do with your e-currency password. If you are not brain dead then you will use a different password. It seems common sense does not prevail. For the rest of you who are intelligent, payments and payouts will resume this week. I know we are now a little behind but I will deal with that in due course The updates page is back on the site as requested. It will be moved to the member section as soon as I get the registrations from you all and we become completely private. You can read these updates there to verify they are from us. (2) Just so you don't think we will be fooled into giving member access to just anyone, you will see when you register that your ip is logged as well as 5 other things that you don't see. If that information does not match what we have on file from initial registration then we will delete it. This will stop the people who are already signing up to register with other peoples email addresses and e-currency accounts. AUGUST 28 UPDATE Refunds are proceeding for those that did not email us to stay. Only 10 death threats today. The offending e-mailers accounts have been deleted because you cant behave like a human being. You were warned and then warned again. Thanks for the support from the majority of members. You will be contacted soon if you requested to stay with us. Emails with stories of sick grand mothers and dogs with broken legs and such tales of woe will not make your payout happen any faster. There is a schedule in place for payments, so just sit back and wait. Regards Phill-ex Team. |

AUGUST 29 UPDATE We will not be replying to all the email requests to stay with us at this time because we are indeed busy here. we will reply to them on an individual basis in the coming weeks so do not request a confirmation that it was recieved and read by us. 3 more accounts were deleted today for the same reason as yesterday. Our lawyer is dealing with the most serious ones now. Some questions are being asked in the emails so i will answer them here for all to see rather than sending same answer to 50+ people. 1. Our business is still working as normal. 2. We are not taking new investors at this time. We are private now and will remain that way. Some new investors will be added later under special circumstances. 3. Yes we are still taking investments from our current members. If you have not reached the minimum $1000 and requested to stay with us, then you can do so if you wish. 4. Not all applications to stay with us will be approved. The people who have been spreading rumors in the forums and by email will be paid out. I see almost all of it because our technicians are forum members and other members forward the malicious emails to us with genuine concern. we have been tracking most of them by email addresses and ip's. Dont be suprised if your one of the ones who gets paid out. 5. Once payouts are completed and we have cut out all the unstable investors, we will continue our normal operation of this investment. 6. Dan will be opening an office for the Australian operations of our businesses. He will be available for meetings and consultation on all aspects of our operations from the Sydney office when it opens and I will be available here in the Philippines for any consultations. 7. You can use the same email addresses as before to contact us. We all see the mail now so we have not added other email addresses to avoid confusion.
