Marsden Plans A Comeback

This post is the first of a series that signifies the PIPS COMEBACK. It does not meet all of your or my needs in terms of getting PIPS up and running again, but it is the first phase.

THE POST IS FAIRLY LONG, BUT READ IT ALL, IT WILL BENEFIT YOU.

Due to the BN situation we are still not n a position to get member accounts back yet and implement the restructured program, but this is a start and more importantly it does provide you with an opportunity to earn some money, (Quite a lot of money actually).

This first phase sees the return of the PIPSAID program (PIPSAID is not a part of the BN investigation), albeit under a different name, as it will be with all programs.

When you visit ????????????? you will see some major changes in the structure of the program, the following is a brief overview of the program and the benefits to you as a member.

1. There are now 4 basic games on the site.

LOTTO
BONUSBALL
PICK 3
PICK 4

THE LOTTO

The lotto game is the same as it was previously under PIPSAID, purchase tickets in the weekly draw (select 6 numbers from 49).

There are 3 winning pools.

1st prize pool which builds rapidly through the rollover of funds not won the previous week and a proportion of ticket sales. To win the 1st prize you MUST have all 6 winning numbers.

2nd prize pool is generate from a proportion of ticket sales, you MUST have 5 winning numbers to win.

3rd prize pool is generate from a proportion of ticket sales, you MUST have 4 winning numbers to win.

Any funds not won in the week are combined and added to the 1st prize in the next week's draw.

BONUSBALL

The bonusball is an optional ball that you can select when buying a ticket and will cost an extra $1. Due to the lower odds of hitting the bonusball it is anticipated that the bonusball jackpot will get into multiple millions (Missouri Powerball recently paid out $340 Million).

To win the bonusball jackpot, you MUST have all 6 winning numbers correct in the Lotto and the bonusball.

PICK 4

The PICK 4 game is played daily, tickets $1 each. The prizes are fixed sums ranging from $10 to $3000 per winning ticket.

To play you select 4 numbers from 10 numbers and select various play options such as;

All 4 numbers in the correct order
All 4 numbers correct in any order
First 3 or last 3 numbers correct
First, middle and last 2 numbers correct
Or combinations of the above.

This is GREAT DAILY FUN GAME where you can win prizes DAILY.

PICK 3

The PICK 3 game is played daily, tickets $1 each. The prizes are fixed sums ranging from $10 to $750 per winning ticket.

To play you select 3 numbers from 10 numbers and select various play options such as;

All 3 numbers in the correct order
All 3 numbers correct in any order
First and last 2 numbers correct
Or combinations of the above.

This is GREAT DAILY FUN GAME where you can win prizes DAILY.

2. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

There is an affiliate matrix where you can earn $12,500 and more every month.

The matrix is a 3 x 7 forced matrix which means your downline fills from signups by you, your sponsor and your downline.

YOU EARN COMMISSIONS on ticket sales in the LOTTO, PICK 4 and PICK 3 from your affiate site and your downline.

Your earnings are generated by your own ticket sales and those of your downline for the LOTTO and from your own personal PICK 4 and PICK 3 ticket sales. Example: YOU EARN 50 cents on every PICK 4 or PICK 3 ticket you sell each day (potentially this can be 100's or even 1000's of tickets daily).

JACKPOT BONUS COMMISSION - If YOU sell the winning BONUSBALL Jackpot ticket through your affiliate site, YOU WILL EARN 1% of the JACKPOT AMOUNT.

The problem in general with matrices is inactive downline and attrition due to no earnings lower down the matrix. The ?????? matrix does not have this problem, because commissions are based on ticket sales, to qualify for commission members MUST personally sell a minimum of 3 LOTTO tickets (not PICK 4 or PICK 3) every week and this does not include your own purchases.

JOINING the ?????? is FREE, there are two member levels;

Ordinary member which means members are not in an affiliate matrix and do not earn commissions, they just play the games;

Come on now, how many members, even the diehard followers of Marsden, are going to fall for this? I thought the idea was that he was supposed to be paying his members out, not soliciting more funds to prop up his almost dead program?

I'd join as a free member just to get the updates but wouldn't upgrade or invest until the Pips saga is over. Marek is just trying to come up with more ways to line his pockets.

His is one of the most expensive sites I`ve seen for advertising, yet the thread which was started months ago in which he was asking members for contributions to keep Rolclub going keeps on getting `bumped` by him.

Bryan did make some good points which in my opinion are true and valid. He did have vision of what Pips could become. After all the rumors and hearsay it is anyones guess why the CAD really got involved and what the outcome will be, your guess is as good as mine.

Most charlatans have vision... consider, X-Man, Mac, William Louden, Mario, Rick from CAN, ... but their plans are based on greed. BM apparently also had others in mind, but his ambition spread things too thin making returns unsustainable, essentially bankrupting the program. JMO.

This is only my opinion and the correspondence written below should not be miscontrude as anything other than my opinion.


You people that have nothing but nasty things to say are really sad. It is unfortunate that even when explanations come from someone you have absolutely no cooth and have to rip apart peoples hope regardless if this program returns or not.

Lets all just imagine for a moment that PIPS does return (now everyone stay with me here, I know this may be hard for some of you because god for bid you may actually be wrong about something). Ok so imagine that we are in 2006, the bank has found no conclusive evidence that PIPS was operating illegally and the investigation has come to a close. The PIPS servers return and restructing has been completed. (are you still with me, I'm afraid I might be loosing some of you as this might be too far a stretch for you to imagine that something great could come out of this).

Anyways let just imagine the above has happened. This is what I see for you who have been nothing but spitefull:

1) If you a financial advisor, I for one would do my Due Diligence and find out that you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about in the financial sector. What if someone actually finds out who you are on the forums and saw what you have posted.

2) For those who are not financial advisors, I would not want to be associated with you at all. As these posts tell me that you have no hope for your fellow humanity and you may be the type that when the chips are down, you would step on someones neck to get ahead.

3) I would laugh, if Bryan registered in a country where uttering death threats (things I have seen on other sites) and slanderous accusations were prosecutable in a court of law. Although hard to prove or hard to prosecute, in some countries in this world your hand can be cut off just for mere accusation of stealing.

4) You would not be able to invest in PIPS and would loose out. The thought that your malicious intent towards someone else could really only hurt yourself in the end.

I mean honestly regardless of what happens, I hope that PIPS does comeback, I would really like to see my fellow man get ahead in this life. Afterall, if I can't wish good towards other people then I will never be able to accept good for my self.

observer, I`m quite sure that any member of PIPs would dearly love to see them return, but don`t you think by now their patience is wearing rather thin? People do have a right to question what`s going on, and to form their own opinions about the situation.

I see that even rolclub is allowing a few questions, but unfortunately B.M. seems unable (or unwilling) to answer them. Here`s a list of questions which has been put together in one thread, but as many of the answers are of the `cannot comment` variety I doubt many will be much further on.

Dear darcieP,

Maybe you should check your facts because "many of the answers are of the 'cannot comment' variety" as you stated above is an incorrect statement. Only 6 of the 37 questions answered were cannot comment and 31 of the 36 questions were answered. That concludes that 83.78% questions were answered and only 16.21% of the questions were 'cannot comment'. The reason that those 6 are cannot comment, is actually because legally he cannot comment.

In regards to the comment "People do have a right to question what`s going on, and to form their own opinions about the situation." You are absolutely right, about people have a right to question and form their own opinions about a situation, however, people do not have a right to utter death threats (other forum, not this one) or make accusatory statements that have absolutely no (and I mean NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) stubstantial evidence to back up their statement.

Honestly darcieP, do you not think their is a difference between thinking someone is a jerk and calling someone a scammer, theif etc. Jerk is an opinion, calling someone a scammer or a theif is an accusatory statement which has no stubstantial proof or conclusive evidence to prove the person is either of those.

For those asking the question about why all was on one server, it was not there was more than one server in the datacenter and they took them all and the backups.

We were aiming to setup another datacenter before this happened but at $1.5+ Million a time it is not something you do overnight.

Yes they are daily programs.

There is a section on the lotto site which will show the aid revenues, the projects being undertaken, progress and photos etc.

9. Reilfortunes: Don't Lottery sites require a gaming license in their country of operation? In what jurisdiction does PIPSAID have it's gaming license

Not for interent operation, it applies if you sell physical tickets offline and have sales offices tc. in that jurisdiction. I am not prepared at this time to divulge the jurisdiction due to the trolls etc, but the license will be published on the site when it opens.

10. Reilfortunesont Lotteries have to be audited for payout percentages and integrity in selection of winners? Who is the Independent auditor for PIPSAID

The company and operations will be audited, although there is no requirement under offshore jurisdiction. Members will also be able to see online each month what is going on and the financials.

Reilfortunes: What does the business plan call for in the % of ticket sales that go to Humanitarian Aid, What percentage to prizes, What percentage to Operating Costs, what percentage to building a reserve for helping to fund any PIPS comeback and what percentage of ticket sales and winnings get distributed to the affiliates? Participants and affiliates should be able to feel good about knowing what percentage goes to Humanitarian projets and feel secure in the other percentages sustaining the ongoing operation.

40% goes to Commissions on Lotto (10% on Pick 3 and Pick 4)
25% goes to prizes on Lotto
30% goes to Reserves on Lotto
5% from sales goes to donations, 95% direct donations.

12. Reilfortunes: There were previous problems with PIPSAID Paying winners, and with the problems in PIPS divisions and and Not paying for a year and its other areas being investigated by BN, even if several PIPSters feel they will do this what can they tell others about an guarantee that affiliate commissions and winnings will be paid? Is it automatically set so that when payment for each ticket is paid that the revenue is split and paid out to the ecurrency account of the affiliate? Does an indpendent auditor monitor and assure determination and payment of winnings?

Winnings and commissions are paid to member accounts, withdrawals can be made at any time, e-currency withdrawals are instant. Wire take as long as the banking system takes, (generally 3 to 5 days)

13. Style: Will you be keeping any of the money made from the "New" Pipsaid program for yourself Bryan? This one most definitely SHOULD NOT be side stepped!! I mean I understand paying for the servers and such.....but I mean will you be keeping any of it for your own personal use? I would like to know the answer to this.

NO - I will as always just draw a salary, thsi has always been the case with PIPS and it is verifiable.

Im looking at the payouts ,the odds for the pick3 and pick 4 with all the options available,the odds are definitely in a player's favor.I wonder, with the addition of the affiliate program paying for members effort in selling,promoting and recruiting ,with the contribution to charity,will the bonuses requirements be possible.Playing the lotto is not a loan or an ivestment i'll play because of the odds but if I choose to be an affiliate will i be guaranteed to get paid for my efforts.
Is there a contract between affiliates and the new program that both parties should abide as far as compensation goes.
In other words I want to know If I do the work will I get paid without excuses like market crashes,cataclysmic events etc. etc.

ALL is possible, the state lotto's have been using the same system for years (excluding the affiliate side) and have been doing very well with it.

PIC TRUST:

1. Petert: Bryan, when the PICTrust was closed I was promised a refund of the payments that I had made, but these were never received. Will this be corrected as $1500 is a lot of money to lose in one hit?

YES they will all be refunded when we get it all back together.

PIC REALTY:

1. Connectsa: Will the people who were approved and have paid their deposits just carry on from where they left off or will we have to reapply and repay the initial deposit?

When we get realty back up it will be on a continuous basis, you will not need to make deposits again.

2. Wolwes: I would like to know if Pic Reality will carry on and if funds paid into it will still be available or will we have to start again?

3. Com2: I thought Pic Reality was a Totally seperate Company from Pips from what the web site said?

ALL was on the servers and without the data we cannot operate.

PIPS:

1. Kingtvrtko: Can you tell us if BN investigate PIPS companies one by one or all together? You mentioned that everything will be back in phases so I have impression that BN is investigating companies one by one.

2. Style: Has our ROL continued running or not........this is a yes or no question. I dont need an explanation, just a straight forward answer.....yes or no. This should be VERY easy to answer and I cant see how answering this will effect the investigation in any way.

3. Style: what is the reason that payments were so far behind before the BNM stepped in (I dont think this has ever been answered, to my knowledge...if I am wrong and it has been answered I apologize and could you please point me in the direction of where it was answered).........

Will be explained in the statement after all is over, but the banking institutions had a lot to do with it.

4. Fortunateson: What happened to cambodian bank?

Did not get setup, the representative handling it is basically MIA

5. Mrlover: Whatever happened to the PIPS bank and would you be sending our money from it when all goes well?

6. Way2go: When the investigation is finished, will you use e-curency platforms (same as you are using for PipsAid) to pay members the outstanding widrawals?

You mentioned in one of your posts that all bank accounts were locked.
Does this mean that all of the PureInvestors Program bank accounts are locked, regardless of where those accounts may reside?

At the moment yes.


PICPAY:

1. Penna: Will picpay merchants be paid for merchant sales in those cases where products have already been sent to customers?

Where products are verified as shipped and received YES, many merchant payments were on my desk for payment when BN came in.

2. Frankusa: If every penny of Pending Withdrawals, Available Funds and Money Left in PicPay is not 100% paid out to Members Bank Accounts would not this eliminate any possibility of a "New PIPS"? The Law Suits and complaints would be almost overwhelming.

3% PROGRAM:

1. Livefree: What is the status of the millions of dollars invested by the various pools like DBR and others just before the sites went down?

1. Smoke: Will he agree to answer OUR questions upon the completion of the BNM investigation?

First thing observer, you have stated your opinion, but seem intent on thinking that it is better than that of others.
Second- this needs a LOT of work:

There is a "difference" between "thinking" something and "calling someone" .... two entirely different things. Calling someone a "jerk" is synonymous to thief or scammer in HYIP, though the later nouns have legal significance if a formal complaint were filed. The person who would have grounds to file a complaint against such possible libel would be BM. I'd recommend you leave that matter for him to decide, and worry about your own issues with PIPs instead of involving yourself with what someone else's
issues eg libel, might be.

I understand where you are coming from, and "death threats" are a serious matter. However, at least on this forum people do have the right to say this or any other accusatory statements with or without fact, as a matter of opinion. In my experience at Weblife, I have never encountered such statements, and I'm wondering if those statements were actually made, or 'reported' to have been made. Any person that might make such a statement is likely in an irrational state of mind. Not to diminish the statement, but consider the sources, and consider the things that people will say and do for money.
And finally, I see nothing other than your 'hopes' that PIPs does come back to substantiate any of your statements concerning the viability of PIPs, as the answers BM provided were not substantial. Though the number of questions answered may have been quantative, it is the qualitive answers that have much more 'weight' toward evaluating PIPs return.

Only 6 of the 37 questions answered were cannot comment and 31 of the 36 questions were answered. That concludes that 83.78% questions were answered and only 16.21% of the questions were 'cannot comment'. The reason that those 6 are cannot comment, is actually because legally he cannot comment.

Honestly darcieP, do you not think their is a difference between thinking someone is a jerk and calling someone a scammer, theif etc. Jerk is an opinion, calling someone a scammer or a theif is an accusatory statement which has no stubstantial proof or conclusive evidence to prove the person is either of those.


I like your post very much and it makes a sense. I wonder how many readers would have enough IQ to understand your point. See, that is problem with a lot of skeptics people, they just do not understand so from their ignorance, they just comment without any logic.

If having an IQ that gets me to believe that Marsden will pay what he owes and that PIPS is still alive then I`ll give it a miss. You and the other pipsters must see something that no-one else can - it certainly isn`t any money though.

You do not need to tell me what IQ you have, I can tell by way you are writing.

Your brain is flooded with HYIP program methodology, and sad part is you see everything through that window.

PIPS will pay everyone that it owes when gets back to operations, and if you do not believe that, it is your shallow thinking.

Well, I did not make personal attack, if I express it wrong way I apologized, what I tried to say that in general people make stupid statement, which happens many times. People need to read and get knowledge before are making statements. My point is to help people to understand real situation, a specially ones that have no excess to current activities. Some people do not want take truth and some do.

I am tired answering on attacks by someone that don't have a clue of real situations, over and over like broken record.

To value4money:

No-payment for all these months are known why and is old story. When Pips gets servers back, payments will proceed in normal schedule.

Also per Bryan you will get full detailed report on whole thing. So what is problem? If you can't wait than get with your other activities in life.

Here's a clue, get some rest; most people are tired of hearing all about it too. Unless someone actually appointed you to answer attack on PIPs, let it rest. The problem is that hard `facts` as such in the HYIP arena aren`t always easy to come by. If we only want to discuss facts then we`re all in the wrong place. This isn`t what forums are about. There will always be conjecture, guessing, speculation, but that`s the nature of things. Whether we choose to accept what`s being said is up to each of us to decide.

As golddust has stated, our rules (and most other forums I know of), don`t allow personal attacks. What constitutes a personal attack is in itself subjective. Saying that you disagee with someone can be said in a number of ways, not all would be viewed as overly aggressive of course. This, however, in my view, does step over the line

And it isn`t just in this one instance that hawk has been asked to moderate his tone. We are all entitled to our free speech, but with that comes responsibility, and that`s something that we all need to be reminded of from time to time. I agree, and I will try to be more in control, but you also need to apply rules to other posters too. That would be fair game. I noticed that others are let post any type posts without any control or warnings from your side.

Hey value4money,

Do you know, with out a doubt that PIPS, prior to the shut down of their servers has not paid any one? I don't think you know for sure, you are just speculating and of all the members I am sure you have not been in contact with all of them to check your facts.

Once again let me point out, that this is an accusatory statement and is not fact driven at all. There is no substantial evidence to back up your statement and therefore I think you should either withdrawal your statement all together or rephrase by stating.

In your opinion, you think no one has been paid out.

I simply asked a question about how long it has been since PIPS paid out. Somehow your post tells it much better than I could have though.
