I would like to say a very warm welcome to our new members, thank you for
trusting us with your money.
Not a great deal to report this week except that Twenty Two Twelve has been
given the seal of approval by DDUC. For more information on the work that

I am pleased to say that all investments are still paying on time and I look
forward to making our first payout very soon. I have added two monthly
paying programs to our portfolio this week and I feel very confident with the
spread that we have. There is just one more program that I want to add and
I hope to do that sometime next month.
