Hello Udachu Fund Members,

This update is important information that we at Udachu Fund feel is our duty to explain in full detail to our valued members. If you have been in the world of online investing I am sure you have seen funds come and go. Most of the time they go with out notice and with your hard earned money. Udachu Fund is committed to maintain a profitable investment program that will last for many years to come. The biggest mistake that funds make is refusal to change with the times to insure the security in which they pledge. Our team has been in the global investment arena for many years and has the experience to uphold the pledge of asset security. Our goal has always been to provide the members with the highest possible return with the lowest possible risk. We are confident that we can continue our success with modifications to the program that will benefit our investors. Many of you know that there are seasons for investing the same as there are seasons for tourism, commerce and service industries. This time of year we have what is referred to as the January Effect. See http://www.investopedia.com/terms/j/januaryeffect.asp for definition. This is also the time of year when many people withdraw profits from investments to pay for the holiday expenses. We are happy to say that our continued diligence in projecting the investment climate has proven successful in that our investments continue to thrive while we have been able to accommodate all withdrawal requests. A proper balance is a key factor in operating a successful fund. With this in mind we are making much needed changes. These changes while on the surface may seem like a reduction in profits are quite the opposite. These changes will insure continued high profits while maintaining the highest form of security. The following changes will take place as of Dec 30th 2005.

1.) Referral bonus will be a one time payment of 5% of the referrals total deposit.

2.) UdachuFund will convert to an offline investment program. All members will receive a monthly statement that will state profit, deposits, withdrawals and referral bonuses.

3.) All profits will automatically compound unless a withdrawal request is made.

4.) Withdrawals will be filled on the 5th through the 10th of each month.

5.) All investors will receive a standard rate of 8% per month with a quarterly dividend bonus.

Explanation of changes:

1.) Referral bonus structure needs to be changed because a large number of members have blatantly abused the system which is robbing YOU of your investments well deserved returns. We feel a 5% bonus of the total amount deposited is a fair and profitable alternative that will keep us all in the profits.

2.) Every day thousands of ill willed people attempt to steal the money of honest hard working people. Phishing scripts are installed on hacked websites that can copy your banking information, e gold, e mail etc. By keeping our fund offline we reduce this risk greatly. We also increase the funds profits by eliminating the expense of webmasters and programmers. Security is our primary goal for all of our members.

3.) No more user maintenance or complicated procedures.

4.) By keeping the withdrawal time encapsulated we are able to keep more funds invested and earning profits vs. in reserve for anytime withdrawals. We have chosen this time frame as this is when more than 90% of the withdrawal requests are made.

5.) This change on the surface appears to reduce profits. On the contrary. This change will INCREASE your profits substantially. All most all of our members are long term investors. We have been able to diversify our investments into larger minimum, more secure, higher paying investments. However, this also requires a longer hold on invested capital. By offering a very good yet conservative 8% per month we are able to keep money invested in secure investments and offer a quarterly dividend bonus. We anticipate this bonus to exceed our previous average of 15% per month. This is a win win situation for all concerned. It is against Udachu Fund policy to disclose our investments. However since this is a special circumstance I feel an example is in order. As you all know we diversify over many types of investments. Our real estate team is always looking for profitable deals. Two were completed this past week. One property was acquired for a ten thousand dollar down payment for a total cost of ninety thousand dollars. The lot next door and two on the same block are selling at $129,000 This is a built in equity of close to $40,000. The other property was acquired for $20,000 down and a total of $199,000 and valued at $260,000 for a built in equity of approximately $60,000. This is an instant return of $100,000 with only a total of $30,000 cash outlay. The real estate values in the region these two lots were purchased is increasing at an amazing 11% per month. With the new payout process we are able to hold on to the properties longer and refuse any lower offers while the value continues to increase. If the properties are held for an entire quarter (very rare) this will bring an approximate return of 350% return on a $30,000 investment. This is simply one example on a small scale of the type of profits we are able to obtain. It is our goal to continue to provide our members with a secure place to invest while providing maximum profit potential.

I have no problem accepting these changes. As a 'larger' investor the initial drop in monthly returns will, accordingly, be made up or exceeded with the quarterly dividend.

As far as being offline, all the better simply for security. This is a legitimate company and has no need to maintain a web presence and expose itself to various internet related problems. Presumably the members forum will continue and that should be sufficient.

Those are certainly major changes. I`m not in this one, so it doesn`t affect me personally, but if it means the program is better equipped to continue on into the future it has to be a good thing.

the fund is heavily in real estate so this is a good change
more private and 100% safe from hackers what more can we ask for ?

Congratulations to well thought mechanics to beat the scammers, hackers and cheaters, and increase investors profits.
One thing is not clear, or I did not read critically enough; is the program then private? If not, how will new members be able to join?
I am now much more interested in this opportunity.

I guess you can say that un-officially it is private though there is still referrals allowed, the last update from Rod leaves me to believe
the return will be greater than currently and the investment plans
will change as well... simplified if you will.
Simple is better.
The new FAQ is been prepared as soon as everything is finalized
