Each Admin's job is to find and recruit freelancers (top investors) across the internet about 3-5 people, and form them into a team for the admin to manage.
So each admin will manage his/her own team of freelancers. In total, 6 admin, with their own team consisting of 3-5 people per team equals 6 teams of 3-5 members each. Making a total of 25-30 freelancers.
TEA.
We then take all the money given to us as a whole from the TEA investors and diversify that into each admins team of freelancers. It is then you and your fellow team members jobs each to invest the money your admin (I) have given you and the other members of your team into something that will give back a steady and promising ROI that is to be given back to the members of TEA. After we receive an ROI from you and your team, we will first then payout to the members a ROI and then you the freelancers. We actually get paid as ADMIN by becomming members ourselves.
Thats where BOSS comes in. I'll have BOSS invest the money that we give them into the arena of sports betting you and your BOSS comrads have been excelling in.
