For Security Reasons I have taken the AG1 and S1P sites OFFLINE for the next 4 days. Which means during this lock out phase members will not be able to access their accounts, make deposits or request withdrawals. The sites will return again on Wednesday or Thursday in time for payments
This will allow me time to do the following -
Completely check the database and complete database maintenance
Increase and modify security related to AG1 and S1P operations
Finalise setting up back up sites for AG1 and S1P
AG1 and S1P are not going anywhere and I apologise for this situation however it is important for members to understand that we are simply just taking pre-cautions to protect members and their funds

To increase security for our members and for the Aussie Gold program we have just completed moving our database to a more secure server and have also changed our URL and e-mail address. The move was a major job, however it was completed promptly, way ahead of schedule and in less than 48 hours to ensure minimal inconveniences to AG members
Please only use the new URL and e-mail address as the old one’s are no longer active
ALL MEMBERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE
It is very important that all members login to their AG account using the new URL and check that their e-gold account number and e-mail address are correct in their profiles
Any discrepancies should be reported to the above e-mail address ASAP
PLEASE ALSO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR AG ACCOUNT AS IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MEMBERS PASSWORDS WERE COMPROMISED ON THE OLD SERVER
For security reasons all non-active members accounts have also been deleted ie, Members who had opened accounts however had not yet spent to AG. Those members may simply open new accounts if they wish
Well that’s about it for now. The next members update will be on Friday when payments are processed to all accounts
