Withdrawel Question

Hi,
I just joined Aussie gold this week. Today I received my members update, I went to make a withdrawel, and after submitting the withdrawel request (twice) I gor an error msg saying
Insufficient account balance to complete this transaction?
Why is this? Thanks

Hi Chris
The scripts actually calculate everything to 6 decimal places so sometimes your account may show that you actually have 1 cent more than what really have available as a balance
Try to withdraw 1 cent less than what your balance states and that should work, well I hope so! The extra cent would be made up next week when the sum of the 6 decimal places adds up to 1 cent

Ok I withdrew 1 penny less and it worked np. But it still shows I have
1 penny in my account! oh well! I won't spend it all in one place LOL!
