II - WILL THE RISE IN THE GOLD PRICE HELP HYIP'S?

In the last 2 months Gold has risen from about $330 an ounce to over $380 an ounce This is an increase of 15%. Thats almost as much as a stable low paying HYIP pays. Many times when the price of Gold changes people think that this will either help or hurt many HYIP's. When Gold Prices decline, often HYIP admin use that as an excuse for lower payouts or program problems. When Gold prices rise, however, we rarely hear any good news from HYIP admins. Why is this?

Even though programs often claim that the fall in gold prices negatively affected their program, this usually is not the case, unless the program is a scam. Unless the money is being kept in their account and not being reinvested, minor changes in Gold price will not affect the program. If they are investing the money like they claim, then falling gold prices should not be problematic. Sure if the prices decrease substancially in a short period of time, the entire HYIP market may take a minor hit, but nothing that would force a program to close or halt payments.

I recall back in March and April when the gold price dropped about 5 or 6% within 2 weeks, VBU claimed that this was a major reason for the 50% drop in payouts. How do they figure? I have no idea. First of all, they claimed to be reinvesting the money. Atleast 50% of the programs they were investing in were fixed payout programs. This means that the most they could have lost was probably about 3-4%. When the Gold price rose the next week 10%, their payouts were still the same. I'm not trying to pick on VBU, just use then as an example of how many program admins use the fluctuating gold prices as an excuse for lower payouts.

All in all, the rise in gold price is a good thing for the HYIP arena, however I don't feel the impact is going to be very large.

Does anyone have any UPDATED news on TIG and Phill-Ex?

Posted by: awty

Thanx again, Memorex! GREAT information!

Looks like I might have to write off a small investment with gold-commerce, but I had suspected that might be the case.

Last I knew, TIG was still looking for programming, but no response from him in about 10 days. Haven't heard anything about phill-ex lately.

Ther has been no response to date !!!

Hello my name is Memorex. AKA eagle9

I used to be in frequent contact with Dan Perry the original owner of this company on the MSN Messenger service with Hotmail.

I am one of the original investors . I would like to ask you for information regarding the future of this investment.

I feel there has not been sufficient updates since his departure and would like to know why this is so .

If this going to be the normal run of the mill in this investment I feel that my investment should be returned.

As you are not in my estimation honouring your committments as and when I signed up in this venture.

People should have been paid out by now. Now I am not a troublemaker but I feel that this is dragging on far too long and is starting to smell of a scam or ponzi scheme .

You have 48 hours to respond after which I will report my findings and all my personal information which I have accrued since the inception of this investment to the Internet Policing Department.

regards
Memorex

There will probably be a members update in the next day saying that the trouble makers and death threats have started again and their team of legal experts have taken action against these new threats

There has been NO communication or reports of refunds nor has anyone been able to visit Dan or the warehouse after numerous attempts

A Planned SCAM by Dan from day 1 [-X

Hello all,

Since receiving the news that Dan Perry had sold his stake in the program to other parties, I didn't bother to continue with my investigation into the Phill-ex investment program, being that it would all be moot and academic imho :-k.

I do wish that something good comes out of this for those who had invested though ](*,)
