Which autopayer do you use?

Hello admins,

I'm wondering which auto payer do you use to make payments for your programs?

Is there any desktop autopayers similar to e-told's but for less than $149?

I'm interested in desktop ones as online autopayers don't have secure (https) sites. I also like the idea of just making one purchase without any additional fees (like 1% or 1 cent if less than $1). Can anyone help or share their experience?
