1. YOU CAN INVEST ONLY ONCE A DAY IN EVERY PLAN (If you want to make an extra spend or made a mistake with your deposit feel free to submit a ticket about it for approval). IF WE FIND MORE THAN ONE INVESTMENT IN A PLAN IN THE SAME DAY WITHOUT APPROVAL BY US, WE WILL CANCEL THE DEPOSIT AND KEEP THE MONEY AS A DONATION TO BE ADDED TO THE PAYOUT POOL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!! We have been honest & respectful with you and so we expect the same in return. If you made a mistake, please contact us before depositing more.
2. Payouts should arrive within 12 hours of request. If for a reason not specified beforehand by the Administrator (see TOS on the Rules page), the payout exceeds this time frame, a 1% bonus shall be added and an additional 1% every 3 hours after that.
3. Spam will not be tolerated at any cost. If we find that you are spamming, your account will be deleted immediately with all funds inside being taken.
4. At the moment there will be a maximum withdraw amount of $500, for program stability, but this will be increased in a few days once the site takes off.
5. Referral commission back offers are strictly forbidden. The original reason for this commission is to reward the person who has succeeded in promoting the site to a new signing. Also all referral commission withdrawn will be considered as profit when the money back plan comes into place. You must have an active deposit to get commissions. Referral commissions will be removed once member base has grown enough.
6. Only one account per member, per ip, per email address, per egold account. Any members found with more than one account will have their accounts suspended with any deposits in them being taken as a donation.
7. The Administrator can change these rules, plans or Terms of Agreement at any time but will inform members by e-mail, forum postings and conference chat about any changes or potential changes to be made.
8. If any rules are broken, the user account will be penalized or even terminated after being noted about this breach of rules by the Administrator.
