In my experience with playing HYIP games, you should correct the number of days running from 10 to 2. Game players will never jump because they will think there is no chance of recovering profit if it has been running 10 days.
Also, include the amount paid in and paid out in TOTAL, not per investor. This also helps potential gamers read the program.
It all looks good. I like your set up.

It is not an "investment". It is a game where you take your place with a group of other 'gamers' who make a spend that pays out 30%/day and perchance the gamer will make a full 150% after 5 days. This rate is not sustainable as everyone in HYIP should know, so call it what it is. Otherwise, known as a 'ponzi', clearly spends are made that do pay others. The best of these games are when gamers respend some profits daily in hopes of increasing their profits. If everyone plays with the same strategy, these games can go on for some time and sometimes, everyone will make a profit, but in the end, the game has paid out before maximal or desired profit is reached.
Some people who play these games are known as "hit and runners", they take their profit and never respend.
Others I am convinced based on the size of the deposits, make their living in HYIPs totally by playing these games, due to the high returns and short profit time frame. (Some gamers play with 4 figure amounts in theses games!)
This particular game stands a good chance of running for a while if enough gamers get involved, as the max spend is only $250, meaning that paying out this one person is not going to pay out the spends of all others in doing so.
These games are high risk gambles, much like putting a $10 token in a high stakes slot machine; if you hit even one cherry, you are paid $15... now do you spend your $15, or do you put it in your pocket?

Golddust: Yes, I contemplated changing the date. I've now changed it. The original date was when the program went into prelaunch. It didn't launch until 2 days ago, and I just didn't change the date.

I designed the terms of the program to help avoid the hit and runners, by forcing an active spend in order to withdraw, and by offering the 1% bonus for the last depositer. There is a motivation to keep spending. Now, the hit and runners can take the first four days, and run losing the fifth day. Or they can reinvest a small amount, and take day five, leaving the respend for the rest of the gamers. That's their choice. Because it's a daily plan, few of the members will lose everything. If I'd have done 150% after 5 days, then those quickest to request withdrawal would suck all of those who don't move quick enough, and I don't think that's a fair way to play. The max of $250 was for the sole reason of avoiding one person coming in and sucking out everyone else's money. That is also not a fair way to play the game. And the stats on the front page are TOTALS, not per member. Average spend per member is about $35. You can see the per member stats on the member stats page.

And finally, I've built a pretty good reputation, and the members who jumped on board on day 1 know me well enough to know that I'm just like everyone else. They know that I've never hid who I am. I am a business person, with a legitimate corporation, and I just happen to enjoy the HYIP community. I've seen some really good and innocent people lose a lot of money in these things. This is an opportunity for all of us to make a little money. It's one thing to lose in a game run by a dedicated admin. It's a completely different story when you lose in an "investment" site run by a shoddy one. I for one would rather lose an honest game, then lose to a scammer. And that's the opportunity I'm providing.

Volataire: Nowhere in my site, does it say that there are investments. I will not refer to this as an investment, because that's not what it is. Because I'm not leading my members to believe it's an investment, everyone knows exactly what to expect. As the name of the game says - calculated games - it's a matter of calculating the odds - not a matter of taking a chance on a good or bad trade or bet. I've got two programs running. One is an actual investment, and the other is this "game". Being on my side of these programs, I personally believe that the "game" holds less of a risk, because the money isn't going anywhere to be lost in a bad trade, or a bad bet. Whereas, if I stick it in forex or arbitrage, it could all be lost in one sports game, or one bad currency trade. This is not an investment. It's a calculated game.

I have some very dedicated and supportive members who will do whatever it takes to make sure that this program succeeds. I'm getting into some monitors, and working on advertising. Most of this is coming out of my own pocket. Now, if we get a good strong, dedicated member-base, then as the numbers grow, I'll actually be able to invest some of the money and provide some backing to the program. It will still be a game, but it'll last longer, and the odds will be better. Like I said, I do have my own corporation. There's a franchise I'd like to buy, and I'd like to start some bricks and mortars for my own company, which is currently run mostly online, and through transient vendors. But when you only have $300 there's not much investing you can do with that. So, why would I lie to people and tell them I'm investing, when the fact is that there isn't enough money in the fund to invest in anything? That would be straight out fraud, and I'm not like that. This is going to start out as a game, and yes, I fully intend on growing it into something much more serious if the members aren't afraid. Seems like if a program isn't scammy enough, people just aren't interested though.

Will you go to round 3 and will the plans remain the same?

we are going to go to round 3, and I think in general the plans will remain the same. I see no reason not to keep the 10 and 15 day plans. I will probably raise the amount on the one day plan, and add one more plan that's a little different.

Also, in the next round the 1% bonus will not go to the last depositor. It will go to the biggest loser.

The rules of the game are simple:

* All members are required to be active. Do not register unless you plan to play the game. Inactive members are deleted daily.
* You may place as many or as few spends as you want.
* Long plans unlock short term games as indicated by the plan names
* You may place up to one spend in the $1 game, and one spend in the $5 game per day (from midnight to midnight). No more than that. Cheaters will be disqualified.
* Each day your daily returns will be added to your account balance. You may request to withdraw your returns at any time your account balance reaches $1.00 or more.
* You may have one pending withdrawal request at any time.
* Minimum withdrawal is $1 and daily maximum is $100.
* There is a 7% withdrawal fee, which is used to cover referral commissions, administrative costs, and sporadic bonuses.
* All members must have a referrer, and those who don't will have one assigned randomly.
* Only one player per IP address, email address, or E-gold #.
* You must have an active spend to receive referral commissions
* Payouts will be made at least once a day in the order in which they are received. Generally, you can expect to be paid within 12-24 hours of request.
* Payouts will end when withdrawals have reached 100% of deposits.
* The player with the most new active referrals in this round will receive a bonus of 1% of the rounds total deposits after the round has ended.
* There is no compounding from account balance. All stats are REAL.
* Spammers and cheaters will be disqualified, and will lose the game and their deposits/spends.

These rules and plans will NOT be changed in the middle of a game round, but may be changed before each new rounds begins.
