For the purpose of posting this thread, I had to remove some of the excess scripting, which included the use of 7 "smilies" throughout the email from this jackass. This person is a product of the HYIP arena folks. Please be aware all the time of the dishonesty that lurks.
I also removed the email of this person so that any of the dishonest people who think they might benefit from contacting him, can't.

The best option is press the delete button.
Note that spammer never stop and they will keep on spamming.
Forward those email to particular party may not stop this issue too.

I don't have time to read my Spam box, but randomly I do at times to 'feel the pulse'. This was one of those. Darn glad I read it and don't ever want to be blind to the reality of the world around us. Perfectly miserable beast, as I have learned, a prison inmate making the best of his computer time. Where there is one there are hundreds, probably more. Yes very scary, yet something that all need to be aware of.

Actually Clifton, it is a little scary that someone in Jail has the ability to send out SPAM and have access to selling the information he is trying to sell. One could suspect that this inmate is wearing 'stripes' for some kind of similar Internet crime. After all, a correctional facility generally houses "white collar" felons.
By tracing the IP address, a MOD at HYIP forum is contacting the correctional facility. Maybe s/he'll get more time before parole.
While on the subject of Script fallibilities, I found this url for checking goldcoder scripts to check whether a goldcoder's script is duly licensed or not here -

Contact was made with the Prison, identified by the email headers. So far there has been no response. I conclude an "official" reply may be received, but what truely happens to the inmate? At least I hope he has his computer time revoked.

Inmates are protected by civil liberitarians. They are given the rights of most people not in prison, except they are in prison and perhaps are lacking privacy and a good meal. The person who sent out this spam likely was in prison for a related high tech Internet offense and knew exactly what to do and how to do it, along with connections to those outside. Many people who have been in prison report coming out much wiser to 'criminal ways'. Rehabilitation and reform is rarely accomplished.

This is a good point dollarsblog if you are able to receive all your spam at only one email address. Otherwise receiving a bunch of spam with your regular email is very aggravating.
