What's to think? A start-up forum with very few posts to all the "Scam Topics" listed. With more members, I'm sure the topics will create activity. IMO, any forum that focuses strictly on SCAMs has to battle uphill and usually gets a bad rap due to extremists' opinions and the truth.
It's good to have a place to refer to to check for Scams, but it is hard to dwell in a negative energy environment. Of course, others will find things about programs they thought were 'good', and learn otherwise. This would be a positive thing. So goes the yin and the yang.
