I scratch my head in wonder how this company stays in business, given that they have had serious outexchange problems since last year. I don't know of anyone who is funding thier card with them as a result. I stopped a long time ago...

They used to be very responsive to inquireies and questions now it takes days to get an answer on anything and then it is just double talk.
