Dear Netpay member, Server Downtime explained. First we would like to apologize for the current outages at our Panama Server. The new server that we had delivered to our secure facility in Panama malfunctioned and the Network Card and Motherboard were causing conflicts. Due to the fact the Netpay service requires fully secure Hardware we had to re–order and install a totally new Server to cover the problem. We are pleased to say the new server is now online and working faster than ever. It is difficult within countries such as Panama, even though the Internet backbone technology is excellent (although sometimes downtimes can occur), it can be problematic to get anything delivered to you within hours let alone days. It is such a relaxing and beautiful place the Panama people can be very casual at times even in an urgent situation such as ours was. If any member has comments about this issue, and any problems that may have arisen over our period of downtime please reply to this email. NetPay is based within Panama for the excellent privacy and security for our members (No other currency system has servers based in Panama directly), but setbacks such as these server downtimes may occur on the odd occasion. To combat this we are upgrading our backup facility servers in Canada, to counter possible delays such as this rear downtime event. We thank you for your patience.
