KA Online, long-term and serious business.

Who we are?
KaOnline is a 21st century management company. What do we manage? Money. Due to the laws which now bear down on nearly the entire financial world Ka Holdings Inc., the Parent Company of KaOnline, decided to create a niche for itself in the online financial community.

KaOnline, a division of KA Holdings Inc., a St. Christopher and Nevis Company, was formally incorporated in late 2005. KaOnline manages the online operations of KA Holdings, including but not limited to; Research and development of new projects, management of the existing “GO Funds” (Growth Orientated), and the direction of the “We Care” Investor Support Center.

KaOnline is not your ordinary, run of the mill, brokerage, we are what you might call an “e-fund”. We operate without the need or expense of traditional brick and mortar offices, salaried employees, cold calling, traditional advertising, etc. Our business is 100% online, and because of this we can offer our clients not only improved customer service, but almost unheard of returns on their investments, and the power to choose their own investment strategy based on both risk factors and estimated returns, all without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.

In today’s hustle and bustle society there is a constant need to stay one step ahead of the “other guy”. KaOnline’s principal officers work from where ever they happen to be, when they happen to be working. The internet, along with powerful VPNs, mobile telecommunications, and streaming video, allow KaOnline to operate without the cumbersome restrictive atmosphere of a convention office. This allows us a less stressfull work environment, which in turn allows us to concentrate on our main objective, which simply is; making money.

What we Do?
A Good place to start;

Plant your S.E.E.D. (Secure Equity Earning Deposit) today with KA Online, and watch your savings grow.

The KaOnline S.E.E.D. Account is the perfect way to manage both your savings and your investment portfolio all in one easy to manage online system. The Secure Equity Earning Deposit Account is much like any interest baring savings account you may find online or inside your local bank’s branch, except at KaOnline our S.E.E.D. Account pays nearly 40 times more than the current national (Inside the USA) average*, and up to 8 times more than the highest available APY anywhere.

With an APY of 24% (Paid monthly at a rate of 2%) the KaOnline S.E.E.D. Account is the perfect way to save.

Diversification is the key;

KaOnline maintains strict guidelines in regard to the management of it's funds, accounts, and privately offered investment options. Our most popular product continues to be our Growth Orientated Funds (G.O. Funds), which offer a unique mix of both conventional and non-conventional investments that are researched and formulated to provide the highest yield possible while keeping the risk of losses to a minimum.

Currently the KaOnline Portfolio consists of five (5) active G.O. Funds;

Inter-Diversification Feeder Fund

Term ; 365 days Min. Transfer ; $50.00 U.S.D. Avg. Return ; 8% Weekly

Currency Pairs Weekly Fund

Term ; 7 days Min. Transfer ; $250.00 U.S.D. StaticReturn ; 5% Weekly

Mexican Mercado de Bolsas Fund

Term ; 545 days Min. Transfer ; $5000.00 U.S.D. Avg. Return ; 15% Monthly

All Arbitrage Fund

Term ; 180 days Min. Transfer ; $500.00 U.S.D. Avg. Return ; 45% Monthly
note: All Arbitrage Fund : 06/01/2006 58 %

Re-Development Fund

Term ; 365 days Min. Transfer ; $1000.00 U.S.D. Avg. Return ; 20% Monthly

Each G.O. Fund has it's own set terms, including individual term lengths, risk to return ratios, minimum deposits, etc. Detailed information along with a small "Mini Prospectus" on each Fund can be found inside one's KaOnline Account under the G.O. Funds Transfer link. Although each G.O. Fund invests in a different industry, there objectives remain the same, as do their overall diversification architecture.

Outlined main investment industry – 65%

* As described in each G.O. Funds mini prospectus.

Cash or equivalent – 9%

* Held in one of a handful of KaOnline controlled Class A bank accounts.

Medium term notes – 10%

* Basic medium term paper trading, p-notes, bonds, etc.

Short term notes – 5%

* Basic short term paper trading, p-notes, bonds, stocks, etc.

CD or equivalent – 2%

* Private and publicly held certificates of deposit or equivalent interest bearing fixed term notes in both banking institutions and with private fund managers.

Inter-fund diversification – 9%

* Diversification into other privately offered G.0. Funds.

All privately offered G.O. Funds on this web site have passed through a rigorous 12 point evaluation before being made available to you, our client, to ensure that the fund is both structured to maintain it’s viability based on past market fluctuations, and that our diversification architecture is applicable, and allows the fund to grow at it’s maximum potential. The KaOnline 12 point evaluation is as follows;

1. The fund has the ability to maintain its estimated growth rate for a minimum of 72 months without major management changes.
2. The fund has a minimum of 2 managers with a minimum of 3 years experience in the associated industry in which the fund operates, and a minimum of 5 years experience in general finance.
3. The funds cap value, that is to say the value at which the fund can maintain its estimated growth rate is no lower than US $5,000,000.
4. The fund, whether internally managed or if run by a third party, has a maximum of US $12,000,000 in working assets.
5. The fund has not shown more than 2 losing months in the past year of operation. If the fund is new, it needs to show 100% positive growth throughout its test phase.
6. The fund must have been active for a minimum of 6 months, or if the fund is new, it must have been beta tested by KaOnline for 120 days before it can even be subjected to the entire 12 point evaluation.
7. The fund must invest in an industry that is not a bubble industry; that is to say that the fund has to be invested in something that has a history, and will be functional in the future. An example of a bubble industry would be a clothing company, or toy manufacturer who because of a fad has seen unexpected growth.
8. The fund, if operated by a third party, is done so under the laws of where it is being operated.
9. The fund is not wholly based in the USA, that is not to say US Operated Investments are automatically denied, but a fund operating in the US or under US applicable laws, must also have offshore receiving accounts for the security of our operations.
10. The funds individual minimum investment in order to maintain its estimated growth rate must be lower than US $10,000.
11. The fund, if run by a third party, must allow a representative of KaOnline to interview the funds management team and verify the management company’s submitted information. Based on this KaOnline may ask that a special bond, equivalent to a certain percentage of the invested capital be set up in trust.
12. The fund, if run by a third party, must allow KaOnline to display a mini prospectus on the fund to our clients via this web site, or print material. Any non disclosure requirements must be waived in this respect.

A word on Risk;

Risk, would you consider yourself a risk-taker? You may associate risk with something along the lines of deep see diving, or mountain climbing, but what about with your financials? Are you a risk-taker when it comes to your money?

Risk and Investing go hand in hand. This is not to say that all investments carry the same risk level, there are, as we all know truly risk free “investments”. Opening a savings account at your local bank, is essentially risk free, however with that peace of mind comes an exciting APY of under 1%.

Risk is a word that can bring fear, but any experienced investor will tell you that risk is something that can also turn a frown into a smile. Every investor must weigh his or her risk tolerance before making any investment. The best way to evaluate risk is to educate one’s self on the chosen investment. Once you fully understand the principal aspects of the investment, it’s estimated return, it’s history, you are able to better justify if it’s something that fits into your portfolio.

KaOnline, and it’s parent company KaHoldings, do everything in their power to cap the associated risk on their offered funds. All funds are put through beta testing before they are offered on this web site. Depending on the individual fund, it may be beta tested for up to 18 months before it is made available to KaOnline Account Holders.

This program is gaining momentum, with interesting carry over/on investment plans. But potential for very high returns makes it even more interesting. Anyone else invested in this?

How long has it taken you to recieve this percent? How long will it take for you to profit with your initial spend, and will you alter you strategy according to what is offered by KaOnline's program once you reach profit?

golddust

Nobody have been allowed to audit the offers and it remembers me too much PrivateOpps. A good gamble for those whom like the risk.
But it's true that with such returns, it's now or never to invest and see principal back asap

Posted by: golddust

A good assessment. IMO, it's too late to get into this one.

With a return of 50-60% by month for some offers, it's maybe not too late, not much than for the next GR

Posted by: patacon

I have received 7% (Inter-Diversification Feeder Fund) of this week in my egold!

Posted by: lazygirl

I've been a member of this program for a good while and it's going well. and I was paid again today to E-gold...

I'll admit, KaOnline has been a great paying program. Will it make it 6 mos? I am not sure when it started?

I Believe that they are online 6 months

Adios golddust !!

According to Whois information :
Domain Registration Date: Wed Oct 05 03:09:38 GMT 2005
... but actual date of online launch is not found (easily), on the site, if it is mentioned, I did not find it. If someone can confirm this date, and KaOnline has been going for 6+ months, we can gladly move this to the "Long Term".... Folder.

SSL Cert: www.bluebanking.com expires in 18 days
Blacklist Status: Currently Listed (history)

This could explain the "Blacklist Status - From the site:

Quote:
KA ONLINE INC. does not send SPAM or UCE10/15/2006

In yet another attempt to discredit our company someone has been sending out mass emails "appearing" to be from Support@KaOnline.biz, an address we do not even use. KA ONLINE INC. does not and will not ever send an unsolicited email. The only mailings sent by our server are our newsletters, which are ONLY sent to our registered clients, who on registration agreed to receive such mailings.

Hummm, lots of Server moves, host changes and consequential IP changes.
Can anyone explain the relationship with "bluebanking.com", since KA appears to be using/sharing their SSL cert?

golddust

Posted by: clifton

This is very interesting, but where did you get that info? I can't see any bluebanking on the certificate?

Posted by: golddust

Quote:

Yes, I thought it was interesting too; it was included information in the "Whois Lookup".
I can not find any mention of KaOnline sharing the SSL cert either.

seems to be a small problem at the moment there. some people have not been paid this week. anyway, I did receive my payment.

I think the admin is out of town so let's wait to see what happens early next week..

Posted by: golddust

UH-OH. Admin being out of town and not delegating someone to make payouts?
Big RED FLAG.

Posted by: nunulka

Yes, I have seen a lot of members of Kaonline were not paid. I have noticed that they have stopped promoting their program. I don´t see their banner ad on the TG forum. I guess the end is drawing near. I could be wrong, but just my opinion.

After the weekend, if payments resume, I'll move it back.

I guess it's better to move a program to this folder to soon then doing it when the program is already gone for a week

Posted by: nunulka

Hmm the site doesn´t load, members of KO are still waiting for their payouts, the admin doesn´t reply to e-mails and no update from him. I think it is the end of this famous program.

Posted by: golddust

Seems this is confirmed on many forums. The party's over for this one. Good profits for some at least.

golddust

... I am still going to leave this thread here for the remainder of the week.

Posted by: Stijn1234

Well, with ibiza there can still be a little bit of hope to get at least some decent amount of funds back but for Kaonline that chances are really below freezing now...
