This program just started up online last month; doing well so far. It appears that SI members are migrating here. The returns are high, but getting in early and reasonable compounding should prove profitable.

VIP Invest was originally started in the beginning of March 2005 as a private investment fund by a small group of people. With senior investors inviting their friends and family to invest with us, the number of investors reached 16 within a year of its operation. After seeing the great success with investments due to many accomplishments by our skilled team of investors, we decided to take it to the next level by making it available to public investing. VIP Invest became a reliable and stable environment as the site was modified to fit the public needs. Our minimal investment size was reduced from $1000 to $5 US and two additional investment plans were created. We also implemented a five-level referral system that gives our members yet another opportunity to earn.

Investment plans
Name Amount (USD) Daily(%) Estimated
Plan 1 5.00 - 199.99 3.8 - 4.3 4.058%
Plan 2 200.00 - 999.99 4.1 - 5.2 4.716%
Plan 3 1,000.00 - 1,999.99 5.0 - 6.2 5.554%
Plan 2,000.00 - 9,999.99 5.7 - 8.3 7.028%
Dynamic compounding option - our dynamic compounding system allows you to set a certain percentage of daily interest payments to compound automatically. This percentage will be added to the principal amount every day; remaining interest will be disbursed to your e-gold account. You can change the compounding percentage at any time in the members area. In order to disable compounding, simply set this option to non-compounding.

Just be careful out there!

This program is paying everyday; I have had no reason to worry yet anyway. Good to get in early.

A new VIP Plan has been added:
VIP Plan 10,000.00 - 24,999.99 6.7 - 9.9 8.097%

woo-la-la- those are attractive rates!
Get out that compounding calc and see what you could make. Again, no problems with direct payments to egold and compounding. Referrals are paid directly to your egold also.

Lots of activity on may forums concerning this program and the VIPinvest forum too has lots of planning and strategies posted. I know of at least one member starting a pool to place members funds into the higher interest plans. It is a matter of debate if these pools will shorten the lifespan of the program due to the high ROI offered and demand to pay that out to more member due to pooled funds. This should be interesting to watch, however following a few different strategies it is not difficult to first get your initial spend out within a 30 day plan. It only takes a little common sense to be able to make some profit with this program, unless it does not last another 30 days. I get the sense that this program will continue for some time, and it is being compared in lifespan to SI.

I would say it is too risky to go into the VIP plan. Maybe if they did it earlier, yes, but now is too risky

l made a test spend into VIPinvest company -since 26th of June, and have being getting 4.041% and above ,on my $5 (which is the minimum) investment
. Have being getting cumulative interest rates ever since .

But according to their plan/interest rates - from $5 , you're supposed to be receiving interest rates from 3.8% and above ,depends on the period and how good business is at a particular time ,7days a week . But from my June 26th initial investment - l've not received interest rate less rate less than 4% a day; which means - contracts , and business generally is getting a whole lot better ,with VIPinvest and the business counterparts .

Investment plans
Name Amount (USD) Daily interest rate (%) Estimated rate
Plan 1 5.00 - 199.99 3.8 - 4.3 4.006%
Plan 2 200.00 - 999.99 4.1 - 5.2 4.714%
Plan 3 1,000.00 - 1,999.99 5 - 6.2 5.634%
Plan 4 2,000.00 - 9,999.99 5.7 - 8.3 6.9%
VIP Plan 10,000.00 - 24,999.99 6.7 - 9.9 8.562%

VIP Invest stopped paying and the admin has not been heard from since 7/05. There is some speculation that this program was related to, or piggybacking SI and W2U.
Only those who got in early were able to reach profit. I can say that I was one of the lucky ones but took a chance and reinvested some profits.
I think this program might have lasted longer if members had not let 'greed' get the better of them by pooling their funds into higher paying plans. After all, this was a high risk program to begin with.

Was it the pooling of funds into higher plans, or piggybacking or an inter-relatedness with other programs failing to pay all at the same time? These are things to always be mindful of in considering diversification strategies.
Merging thread....

I wonder how many programs will fail now that SI looks to have sunk? I`ve never been a fan of piggybacking, and I suspect there are more programs than we imagine that are doing just that.

I know that Global Mutual had an investment in SI, admittedly high risk, but part of the strategy to help GM get the funds needed to move forward. I haven't heard how they will punt.
