There are some web hosting services that offer offshore hosting like katz global but most of them charge expensive fee for anonymous hosting. We also accept anonymous hosting and offshore hosting. Anonymous hosting is different with offshore hosting. Offshore hosting means hosting outside bigbro land like US, Uk etc. We could manage to host your website offshore because although the primary server located at USA, we lived outside USA and could host your website offshore (outside USA). Local offshore network is as good/fast as USA network with good server.
When you say "could" does that mean you can do it right now,
you are set up to do it or is that more like if somebody needs it you
will get going and set it up??
Where is offshore for you?? Where would your offshore server
be located??
