Sometimes of course even the English language isn`t the same in 2 countries, particularly comparing the U.S and the U.K. I`m not just talking about spellings either.
The word `pissed` for example hasn`t even been word censored on this forum. I notice on some American TV programs that this word is used quite normally, yet in Britain it`s a bit more of a no-no.
`Fanny bag` is fine in the U.S., but here if you talk about a fanny you are referring to something rather different and if the word was used in polite company it would draw some quizzical looks to say the least.
